It was a great house for our weekend of two families attending a wedding. Plenty of space for the kids to hang out and plenty of beds for all to sleep. And great communication from the host.
The property and accomodations were very nice. The host answered any questions we had.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Electronic door locks battery ran out and we could not get back in on one side but host was responsive and we found a solution. Listing states that there were 2 queen beds in two of the rooms but there were only one in each so we had to scramble some to figure out sleeping arrangements. Home very clean. Host was very nice.
Very nice middle aged house in quiet neighborhood of similar homes. Plenty of parking in driveway and on street. About five cars worth. Property divided in two by garage with smaller apartment to left and main house on right. Everything inside matches age of outside. But basically as advertised. Size of beds didn’t quite match listing. Spacious. Plenty of room for our group of 14 people. May need to bring some of your own cooking supplies for kitchen. Spacious kitchen and pantry. Bathroom doors don’t lock at least in main house. Laundry in basement accessed through garage. Very nice enclosed porch with view of woodsy back yard. Yard nicely maintained for outside activities. Two picnic tables. Basketball court but hoops are in need of update / repair. White River runs at rear of property. Small at that point though it was summer so not sure what it would be like with heavier rain etc. Not really a clear way to access river to swim or use kayak. Hot tub in back that we didn’t use. Fenced in area behind apartment that is for a dog.

We took our youth group to stay at the house. Before we left for the hr drive, I still did not have any access code for entry to the house, so I sent a message on VRBO. After we all arrived, I still had no access and no response, so I looked up the number and got a recording and after the second call I got a person to talk with to get the codes. The main house door never did unlock as it appeared to be dead, so we didn't complain and just used the garage entrance for the weekend. But, this has been mentioned before by others as an issue. The worst was the bed description was not accurate in the listing. The beds listed as full beds are 2 twins. The queen beds felt like full beds....which wasn't as big a deal as the twins. Just be aware when figuring out your sleeping arrangements. The house was fairly clean other than some water and pop bottles under beds and crushed up goldfish, nothing major for us. Also, I did not realize by the listing description that two bedrooms were separated by the garage and in another addition to the main house. You have to walk outside to get to those 2 bedrooms. Again, we made it work but I thought we'd all be in one house...it did offer a 2nd kitchen but there was 1 cooking pan on that side. Also, no oil there for the Blackstone and they need utensils for it. The hot tub was balanced but filthy, didn't heat up and had a broken headrest. Kids still used it after we cleaned it. River access is tricky. Not horrible, just be aware of these things.
Very inviting atmosphere. Definitely feels like a home while away from your home. Unfortunately the hot tub was malfunctioning, so we were unable to use it; but I guarantee Javier is already getting it taken care of; and I've already gotten my refund for that hassle. Very kind host. We had two families staying in one side of the house, and there was plenty of space for all. Used the fire pit on the night before we left and made s'mores. Big property, dead end street. Very peaceful retreat.
