Come stay in a nice,clean,peaceful home. 2 bedroom ,1 bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, back deck and fenced in back yard. 5 minutes from downtown Muncie, 10 minutes from Ball State University, 2 minutes from Walmart, & minutes away from the Cardnial Greenway trail.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

On checkout day there will be a late checkout fee of $20 every 10 minutes past 10am. We need time to get our home cleaned and ready our next guest.

We enjoyed our week long stay here - wonderful galley kitchen with tons of available cupboard space, large fridge w/ice maker, gas stove w/griddle, cute coffee bar, nice desk area w/two chairs. Please note - dining table is only 36" round (small). Cottage is nice size for two people. Comfortable beds and couch! Nice back deck w/4 clean chairs where we enjoyed the warm morning sunshine. Very quiet neighborhood. LR blinds lack an easy way to open/shut. We would have liked a few more hand towels and clean oven mitts. All plumbing very good. Abundance of dresser drawers available. We brought our bikes for riding the Cardinal Greenway; stored in LR area, per host suggestion. Would recommend Emmens Auditorium (BSU), Muncie Civic Theater productions, and the Bob Ross Experience in Minnetrista. The Ball Family story is fascinating! Thanks for the Hoosier hospitality!

Very nice!

We were visiting for a school competition at Ball State. It was very affordable and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean! It’s 13 minutes from Ball State according to GPS.

This house is easy to locate, and great access to the highway. Neighborhood very quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable, amenities were plentiful and clean. Will definitely stay here again when in Muncie. My friend has stayed at a hotel for the last six years and has not found one he would stay at again. Cardinal Cottage for the win!
