Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed your stay! We understand how the absence of items like dishwashing pods and laundry supplies may have been disappointing. For your convenience, we provide a limited starter kit upon arrival, which includes items like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags, meant to help you settle in during your first 24 hours. As noted in our pre-arrival information, additional household and laundry supplies are not included and may need to be purchased locally. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back again soon for another great stay.
