Nice clean house close to ballpark and pool

I had some interaction with the owner and he was very friendly and helpful. This was a nice property and I will try and book it again next year when we are down

Needs work

It was clean and kitchen we well stocked.2 kitchen table chairs fell (screws came out) when my kids were simply sitting on them and one got hurt. We had to fix them ourselves and tighten the screws on the rest of the table chairs. Some bathrooms did not have bath mats. One thing we look for in a rental we will rent again (we come to St. George several times a year) are comfortable beds. The beds were squeaky in both upstairs rooms every time you moved and the mattresses were not comfortable. The downstairs bedroom bed was not comfortable either. For these reasons, I will not be recommending or rebooking this unit.

Clean and beautiful home.

We loved this house. The home was quite even though you are close to others. The community pools were amazing! My kids all had a blast!
