This centrally located one bedroom apartment is newly renovated and designed for the fun at heart. Modern and funky, yet serene and calm, it has been lovingly created for folks to have fun. This cozy space has a lot of extras so you’ll want to hang out. From the linen bedsheets to the mini waffle maker, to the vinyl record player, and bar cart; we think you’re gonna love it! This home has everything that I love and it’s my hope that you get a cozy and light hearted vibe while staying here.

Nettes, sauberes Apartement

Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Apartment war aber in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es liegt nah an Christiansted. Die rauchende Nachbarin war sehr nett, aber wer allergisch auf Zigarettengeruch reagiert, sollte ein anderes Apartment wählen.

I chose this area because it’s close to everything and safe. Most of the tenants here are retirees or snowbirds like myself.

What makes this property unique

This apartment is not designed to be a rental; it’s designed to be my home with all of my favorite things inside. It’s super cozy with a boho feel, with art deco statues and original art.
