The studio in Frei Caneca is new and is in a modern and complete building that has everything you will need during your stay, just a few minutes from Paulista and Rua Augusta you will have a whole range of options for restaurants, leisure and culture very close to you.
The apartment is complete, has air conditioning, wifi, 24 hour doorman, AC, swimming pool on the terrace and pet area.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guest documents to be sent prior to arrival. After waiting, you must send us a photo ID of all guests.

Visitors are not allowed.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may be charged. Do not use the trousseau to remove makeup, as they leave permanent stains.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in the common areas of the building. If this is tolerated, an extra fee will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 09:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

THE APARTMENT

Beautiful studio in Frei Caneca, its space is well used and illuminated, it has light spots and crown molding light in the kitchen cupboard that gives a modern touch to the accommodation, it has television, wifi, minibar, water filter, induction stove, utensils kitchen, microwave, air conditioning, queen-size bed and full-length mirror that brings spaciousness to the apartment.

THE BUILDING

Being new and modern, the building is a paradise in the middle of the city where you can relax and enjoy your leisure time while being in the center of São Paulo, a few minutes from Higienopolis-Mackenzie station.
It also has a space on the roof with chairs for sunbathing and shower, swimming pool, area with hammocks, co-working and pet space.
