ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund. We reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property. Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies and directly adjacent to buildings. No fireworks of any kind are allowed.

CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY: If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. You cannot cancel a reservation online. The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The location was good for visiting GCSU, but the house needs love. Property is worn and needs painting, dated and in need of general maintenance. It has a nice lake view and dock was new. The guest bathroom floor was dirty. The towels were mismatched and stained. The master bed sheets had long hairs on the pillows and sheets. Almost like it was slept in.

Our cleaning team takes great care to ensure the home is properly prepared before each stay, and we personally inspect the property regularly to maintain our standards. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and wish you all the best in your future travels.
This was a great stay in Eatonton. My group was there for work from out of town. The rates are better than staying in a hotel, motel. Plus being able to cook and not eating out every meal helped. The neighborhood is very quiet. We did not bring anything to fish with, but the property has lake access. Everything was very clean and organized.

Do not stay here if you want a clean bed
Arrived after an 11 hour trip with young kids around midnight and was greeted by filthy beds (pubes all over the sheets and blood on the pillow cases) an empty roll of paper towels and the back door not shut all the way.

Without this confirmation, we were unable to send our maintenance team. We take these matters seriously, and it’s important to us to address any concerns thoroughly. "Liv@ the lake" Lake Sinclair GA
I'll start with the negatives:
1. Loose change (coinage) was found between the sheets on one bed. It appeared as though none of the bed sheets had been laundered.
2. Ants were present in the house.
3. An overall cleaning (touch-up) of the interior of the house was needed.
4. Water depth at the dock was such that outboard motor had to be raised to prevent prop damage. Swimming there would be impossible due to the mud and aquatic weeds.
5. Anyone walking on the dock would need to wear shoes as the decking (boards) were old and splintered in places.
Positives:
1. Exterior of house/lot was good
2. Layout of house was good
3. Square footage of house was more than sufficient for four adults and one infant
4. Parking availability was more than sufficient for three autos (one pulling a boat/trailer)

2. Ants and Cleaning: No prior reports were made regarding ants or the need for additional cleaning, so we could not investigate or resolve these issues during your stay.
3. Dock and Decking: As for the dock and decking, we did not receive any complaints about these conditions while you were here. Had we been notified, we could have provided guidance or taken appropriate action.
We appreciate your feedback on the positives of your stay, such as the house's exterior, layout, square footage, and parking. But hoped you reached out during your stay so we could've verified the issues and resolved them if needed.
