Property is in a nice neighborhood, and the size was perfect for a few people on a weekend trip. The management is very communicative, and checkout was simple. I definitely would stay here again!

This was a great little place perfect for my wife and me. The property was very clean quaint and quiet and close to just about everything diwn town. I will definitely stay again the next time i am i have something to do i nashville!!

The condo was centrally located to the things we were doing and family we were visiting. The condo is comfortable. My friends that slept on the living room bed suggest a mattress pad be added to make the bed more comfortable. Our requests for extra towels and blankets were filled in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stayed.

If you only need the main bedroom for sleeping, the accommodations are perfectly adequate. Do not expect to sleep on the king-sized daybed in the common area. It is thin and hard; you can feel every coil. I slept (fairly comfortably) on the couch instead. The place is old and the rehab is a little slap dash, but it has more space than a hotel room and is in an excellent location.

Love that it was furnished with games and a record player. Could’ve used a few more dishes in the kitchen especially silverware. Other than that a very lovely stay with a wonderful location!

The apartment was in terrible condition. Holes in the walls, a hole in the floor covered by the rug, but every time I walked over I had to remember it was there otherwise I would trip. The painting on walls and trim was inconsistent. Probably one of the worst places I ever stayed. One good thing, it was close to my kids house.
