The Pearl - Beautiful, renovated Houseboat in Venice Marina!

Step out onto the back porch of this newly renovated houseboat directly onto your boat or charter boat every morning! Nicest houseboat in the Marina! Relax and enjoy a cocktail and the front row view at sunset! Bonus: Your charter captain can pick you up at your front door!

The Pearl Houseboat is a well-maintained, clean houseboat located at the end of Dock B with no houseboats on either side. It is quiet and nicely appointed with a ton of entertaining space, large kitchen with a commercial stove, bar, dining table and large living area. The back porch has both a propane barbeque and charcoal barbeque for your use. There are two bedrooms and full baths that can accommodate up to 9 people. There is a large commercial ice maker on the back porch for your use as well as a smaller chest freezer. Bonus 2: You will also will have use of your own private cleaning station!
