The apartment is part of the well-known resort-style complex Encosta Da Orada, ideal for families and couples. It features a large terrace with wonderful Atlantic Ocean views, two swimming pools, and a beautifully maintained garden with a relaxing outdoor area. Maximum occupancy is 5 guests.

Albufeira Ocean Apartment

The location is excellent and very safe. The apartment is very clean, new, comfortable and well equipped. Close to the beach, close to restaurants, also has a swimming pool. Overall, this is a great offer with great conditions and recreational opportunities. The hosts were friendly. I highly recommend this spot.

Excellent value in Albufeira

This is a little gem of an apartment in Albufeira. The balcony runs the entire length of the apartment and affords lovely views ( and breezes)of the ocean and part of the town. It was a clean comfortable place to return to after exploring Albufeira and other parts of the Algarve. The managers of the apartment were very attentive to all questions that I had during my stay. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quiet , well appointed apartment to relax that is still close to everything.

Beautiful location

The apartment is spacious and clean and has a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the marina which can be view through the tall windows to keep in the air con, or from the lovely balcony. It is a very close walk to the old town, around 10 minutes if you cut through the park. The pool is centrally located in the complex and is perfect for catching the sun. The hosts were very helpful and quick to answer any questions, and allowed us to store our bags as our flight was very late after check out. The kitchen has all the required amenities for a longer stay and shares the same view as the bedroom and living room. The black out electric blinds were a god send, allowing you to sleep in without being woken by the bright morning sun! We would highly recommend staying at this apartment, and thank the hosts for providing a lovely experience to compliment our holiday.

Lovely apartment up a steep hill

Bright apartment in elevated position with wonderful views over marina & surrounding area. Large balcony with very comfortable seating. Spacious pool area. Boiler made loud noises one evening and no hot water so we called agent who came almost immediately and fixed it - great service! However, we realised there was no carbon monoxide detector in the apartment despite having gas boiler + hob. Obviously not required by law in Portugal but, from a renter's safety point, would be reassuring to have. One evening we had an invasion of ants - hundreds of them that hadn't been there previously. We tracked the entry point to under the front door. The odd insect is to be expected in hotter climates, but the amount was unsettling as they were absolutely everywhere. We spent hours getting rid of them. Music festival on in the Marina, With the very loud volume, we assumed it would end around 11pm/midnight as the sound carried up to the apartments however it went on until after 1.30am and even with the doors closed and electric shutters down, it was still extremely loud inside apartment for 3 nights, Might be an idea to mention to future renters. The road into town is very steep and very dark, manageable going down but resulted in getting a taxi back every night. There is an elevator in the block, and approx 9/10 steps up to it, also many steps up to the pool areas. No cleaner service during our week stay even though we paid a cleaning/service charge of almost 200 euros, disappointing.
