Heat or AC depending on the season should be set back to 68 degrees
All Towels should be placed in the hamper in the master bedroom

Our family had a great stay at Ranch at Greenwood. The house was really well set up for a family vacay. There were so amenities that made the stay and our activities away from the house fun and we took advantage of them all. Kayaks, bikes, campfire area, jacuzzi, outdoor eating area, hammocks, grill, games, etc. Everything was in good shape and worked very well. Lake Harmony was a lot of fun, but it would not have been nearly as fun without all the amenities we found at Ranch at Greenwood

We would love to have you come back again for our fall and winter fun since we are only 5 minutes from Jack Frost and Big Boulder it’s a great location to ski, snow board and come back and relax each day.

The cabin was absolutely lovely. It had all the amenities we needed to have a great time. The host was very attentive during our stay and gave us great recommendations for places to check out in the area. We are hoping to return during the warmer months. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time! The owners have clearly put a lot of time, thought, and heart into making this a great vacation home! The host was wonderfully responsive and attentive! The home has everything we always look for- stone fireplace, fire pit, hot tub. Very clean, no odors, and stocked kitchen. We appreciated the treats provided to! We so enjoyed the nightly deer visits and fed them popcorn & apples from our hand! The property is safe and private. Have nothing but good things to say- would definitely rent again.

Our stay was perfect! The house was clean and was as described in the listing. The furniture and beds were comfy, and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. It is hard to put into words how magical it felt there for our week at Greenwood!Rob, the host, was extremely communicative—from the time of booking through checkout. His recommendations for things to do and places to eat helped us plan a perfect week. We kayaked a few times, golfed, fished, hiked at Hickory Run State Park, made s’mores by the firepit, and finished the week with the rail bike adventure out in Hawley, PA (which was so much fun!). And, of course, hung out in the hot tub often!Rob checked in with us daily to ensure we were enjoying our stay and that everything was to our liking. I also want to give a special shoutout to the kitchen—it is SO well stocked! Good quality pots and pans, plenty of utensils, common spices, and SHARP knives! A kitchen!Overall, this was one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. We were sad to pack up and leave, but hope to return next summer!

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this house to families.The house was very clean, well maintained, and easily large enough for a family of 4–6 people. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of plates, glasses, cookware and utensils.The outdoor space was one of the highlights for us. The backyard is a great place to relax, with a hot tub, gas BBQ, fire pit and plenty of space to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The lake is only a couple of minutes away and having access to 4 kayaks was a fantastic bonus for both us and the kids.The location is perfect if you’re looking to relax in nature while still being close to hiking trails, lakes and local attractions.Rob was an excellent host. Communication was outstanding, he was always quick to respond, provided lots of local recommendations, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay.Overall, a wonderful place to stay in the Poconos and we would happily return.

Great escape !!

Very enjoyable stay at this location. Kayaks, hot tub and bikes were great. One of our party even caught a very large bass in Lake Harmony, released it of course. Good memories for sure!!
