Enjoy a centrally-located unit just blocks from the Texas A&M campus. This unit is on the Bryan-side of campus, so it's convenient to all things both Bryan/College Station. It boasts comfy KING beds in both bedrooms, a custom kitchen, a washer/dryer and tasteful Aggie decor. The parking is right outside the front door. This transitioning neighborhood boast a colorful blend of Bryan community, graduate students, and higher end student housing nestled against the excitement of Northgate and the A&M Campus.

Walk straight down the road for 8 minutes and you run right into the Texas A&M campus. And you can literally see Kyle Field from the road out front.
1.1 mile walking distance to Kyle field.

One block and you are on Welborn drive with easy access to downtown Bryan or Hwy 6 south to Santa’s Wonderland. Easy access to virtually anywhere in Bryan/College Station.

Great stay and location!

My son, his friend and I stayed here for a baseball tournament. The location was close to everything and it was wonderful for them to have their own space! Very clean and nice accommodations!

A warm, accommodating host and an excellent location

Great Place

Stayed in the Gatsby apartment for a little over a week and the check in and check out process were seamless and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for 2 friends/couples

Stayed 6 nights for a work trip. It was beautifully decorated (LOVED THE GATSBY THEME), extremely clean with great communication from the owner. I would absolutely stay here again. Very close to the vet school and campus.

Weekend stay

We had a fabulous stay at the Gatsby when we went to move our daughter into her dorm at A&M. We loved the Gatsby theme throughout. Everything was clean and organized.

Recently awarded by AirBnB "10 time Superhost" status, my wife, Kelly, and I were both born and raised in Bryan/College Station. We dated while at Texas A&M and married right after graduation. I became an Air Force Officer and we raised our 5 kids while moving around the country/world. We settled back in Bryan just over 5 years ago and started as AirBnB Superhosts. We like to consider ourselves as “inn keepers” and do everything we can to take great care of our guests. To date, we've hosted over 5,000 guests. Relationships are the best part of AirBnB. Our properties are dedicated to guest enjoyment, with huge TVs, great beds, and interesting design
