Welcome to Pinetree 215! This two-bedroom/two-bathroom condo that sleeps seven is the perfect getaway. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin over double bunk bed. There is additional sleeping space in the family room on the queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has updated appliances along with all essentials needed to cook the perfect meal. Relax in the living room while watching your favorite show or movie on Roku TV. The dining room table seats up to four. Take in the fresh mountain air on the balcony while checking out the wildlife. Enjoy the convenience of free WiFi. Clothes washer and dryer are available in the community laundry room (coin-op). Pets are welcome! There is a 2-dog max and fees apply. Please note this condo is on the 2nd floor and there are 20 steps to reach the front door. The fireplace is not functional at this time; we apologize for the inconvenience.

INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
