The owners of this 30A beach vacation rental created Above & Beyond from the ground up to accommodate large groups because they always had a difficult time finding a large beach house rental south of 30A with a private pool that could host all their family members at the same time. This nearly 7000 square foot beach property in Seagrove has a large private yard with landscaping and trees, private pool and layout area, and substantial guest parking. The property spans a vertical footprint of four levels featuring 7 bedrooms and a fourth-floor media room. Each of these 8 rooms has a full private bathroom with an additional two 1/2 baths for a total of 10 bathrooms to accommodate up to 22 guests comfortably.

The Fourth Floor
The marvelous fourth floor is one of the largest along 30A. The crowning level of this 30A beach home is a covered patio with panoramic ocean views from Panama City Beach to Destin. The fourth floor also features a synthetic grass layout deck and rooftop selfie station with absolutely fantastic ocean views of the Gulf.
