On a sun‑drenched parcel at low elevation, this villa has awesome views of Heavenly, the surrounding mountains, and a view of Lake Tahoe. Gather in the 1,500 sq ft Great Room, cook in the chef's kitchen, unwind in the indoor hot tub & sauna, enjoy the game room with billiards & nostalgic arcade classics, or workout in the gym. High end finishes throughout.

The Space
This impressive Lake Tahoe Villa with luxury amenities is situated close to all that Lake Tahoe offers. Sitting on a large, sun-drenched parcel, the home is laid out over 4 floors with beautiful panoramic mountain views, Heavenly ski resort views, and a view of Lake Tahoe. 11 bedrooms were reduced to 9 to offer a private office and gym. The main floor features a 1,500 sq ft Great Room with 16' vaulted ceilings, distressed beams, and solid oak floors. An elevated deck extends from the Great Room, perfect for outdoor dining and cooking with double BBQ grills and side burners. The oversized chef's kitchen includes 2 large refrigerators, a large freezer, separate ice maker, double ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, a 48” gas cooktop with griddle and custom hood, and a walk-in pantry. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware, appliances, and cooking tools. It's large enough for several chefs to cook simultaneously. High-quality materials enhance the home throughout, including real slate floors, alder finishes, solid granite, and many custom furnishings. The gym features new NordicTrack machines with 24” screens offering free “iFit” workout programs and access to popular apps like Netflix. The primary bedroom includes an attached bathroom with a double sink vanity and walk-in closet. An additional 5 full baths and 2 half baths are tastefully finished with alder cabinetry, granite, and quality fixtures. A generous lower-level entertainment space is perfect for movies and gaming, including a billiard table, a retro arcade machine with 100+ classic/nostalgic games, and a wet bar with a full-sized fridge. Multiple TVs throughout the home provide Spectrum cable and Roku with free channels and access to your favorite apps. The Wi-Fi mesh network ensures strong connectivity throughout. Other amenities include a large indoor sauna, indoor hot tub, a kids' playroom/bunkbed room, 2 laundry areas with washers and dryers, and a 3-car garage. The home kept warm in the winter through control of three furnace zones and cool in the summer with an evaporator cooler and portable AC units. Nevada Beach is 5 minutes away or a little over 40 minutes if you prefer to walk. Heavenly Village and Gondola are an 8-minute drive. There is a Safeway Grocery story 2 minutes away and walkable in just over 20 minutes.

Our guy's trip spent a week at the home and had an amazing time. The views were breathtaking, the facilities were everything we needed. Some guys went hiking, some read books, and we all got to share meals and be together.The host was very attentive when we reached out for a few minor questions and requests.I could not recommend it more.

Great spot!

The house is beautiful, in a fabulous location, and plenty of bedrooms. It was perfect for our family reunion! I think the only thing I would want others to be aware of is that the cleaning fee is quite large and the check out instructions told us to do a ton of cleaning ourselves, which seemed a little much.

Space to Bond and Build

The house was spacious withoads of spots for our group to gather and share as well as relax in private bedrooms. We enjoyed cooking together in the massive well equipped kitchen, grilling on the deck, hosting Zoom meeting with counterpart from London, and soaking in hot tub after horseback riding!

Incredible Stay

We had an incredible stay at this Lake Tahoe property! The amenities were fantastic – we enjoyed the pool table, jacuzzi, and especially the sauna, which made for some relaxing evenings. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, making it feel like home. The location was easy to find, with plenty of parking, and we appreciated the convenience of being close to grocery stores and local attractions. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a memorable Tahoe getaway!

2024 Bowling Trip

House was awesome plenty of room we had 10 people of which we had 3 couples. Only issue is we wanted to have 2 additional people stay which we had room for we had 2 empty bedrooms and they were not permitted to stay as they said the house only had a permit for 10 which was a bummer as they had to stay at a hotel.

Oh my gosh! This house was terrific. It was absolutely perfect for our gathering of 9 long-time friends. We are over 70 and can no longer share rooms because we snore. There was a comfortable room for each of us. We loved the house. However, there are a lot of stairs. So, get your comfy shoes on.

Excellent accommodations! Great kitchen overall!! Griddle however did not work. Sauna did not get hot enough!! Did not use it after we realized temperature was too low. Definitely frustrating. Suspect that owner limits how hot sauna can get. Awesome with everyone having their own bedroom. Main floor (next to kitchen) mattress needs to be replaced. Need more kitchen towels and hot pads. Will rent again!! Overall GREAT!!!

Beautiful property/location

We came in town for a wedding with some family members. The house itself is very pretty. The kids room did smell like dog or cat urine. One of the bedrooms is where the hot tub is so it was very bizarre. I was bombarded with text the day before we checked and phone calls afterwards. I had 5 phone calls within a 20 minute timeframe I called back no answer. They finally texted me about a car being on the road but it was in the driveway. We constantly felt like we were being monitored and couldn’t just enjoy our vacation. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s over the years (even owned rental property) and never dealt with a property management company like this ever.

New years Winter getaway

This home was perfect for two families to come together (total nine people) to celebrate an engagement. The house is spacious beyond words. Everyone had plenty of privacy and private bathrooms. The kitchen was outstanding and we took turns with each couple cooking one meal for the group. We watched movies on the large screen tv, played games and did puzzles. We did two amazing hikes - eagle Falls and whale beach. We recommend both of these. You can find them on AllTrails. Also, we climbed to the top of cave rock. Snowmobiling was spectacular and a must do. We were tempted to book an additional day on the snowmobiles as everyone had so much fun. We were two adult couples, one young adult couple, a single young adult and an elementary age child. Everyone had the trip of a lifetime. We lost power briefly and the caretaker was very responsive and quick to find a solution.

Exceptional in Every Way

Booked this for a low key ski weekend with my partner and friends. The fact that there were so many bedrooms made it easy to place folks, and even the kitchen was designed so well that many people could be in it at once and it was a joy to cook in (2 of everything, microwaves, ovens, fridges, etc). It was beautiful and didn’t feel sparse at all. Even the pillows were actually really good and there was a variety. The sauna, the hot tub, and exercise room being indoors was absolutely clutch, we used both with great pleasure, and we only wish we could have stayed longer. Check in was a breeze and I never even needed to contact the property manager, and checkout was one of the easiest I have ever had to deal with (didn’t even need to strip the sheets!) the only challenges were very minor. It is not super centrally located, though Heavenly was close by, and the parking required a pass on the street or for us to pull into the garage. Again - these were the only downsides and they are hardly worth noting. Thanks again to the owners and property managers, and I would love to come back again in the future.

Not worth the price

We checked in for a few days and immediately knew it was not worth the ridiculous price. Although the property itself was beautiful, the other issues far override that. For starters, the lowest level bathroom had not been cleaned in months and had dead bugs everywhere (keep in mind the cleaning fee was over $800). The sauna was broken although that was not told to us. The first night we left for dinner and had a maintenance guy go to the property to stop a running toilet. We could have easily fixed that without them “sending someone over.” The next day the maintenance guy was also calling us. On the third day they sent him over unexpected again. It was very strange. There were enough towels for probably 3 people. The lowest level door that leads outside does not lock which left everyone uncomfortable. The absurd amount of ring cameras on this property was also uncomfortable. At least 4-5 right on the back patio that we could see the blue light was constantly going off and on, like you’re being watched constantly. Honestly, for the money, you can find better.
