The view from this home is breathtaking. It was so relaxing and enjoyable to just sit out on the patio and take it all in. The home is beautiful and roomy, and it's very convenient to shopping, beaches and activities. The host was very responsive to answer questions and provide assistance and was a pleasure to communicate with.

The stay was largely great. The property has a beautiful view and the property manager is very responsive and accommodating. Our group enjoyed our stay except we had some concerns with cleanliness. When you are spending 8100 for a 3 night stay, I believe it's reasonable to have a largely pristine property We found multiple soiled socks throughout the property.

gorgeous view. wonderful hot tub with view! plenty of space and access through garage. washer, dryer, blow dryers. curling irons etc all there. little more work getting down to cove and stateline than I remember but very close to Zephyr Cove and marina. Ubers readily available to get to casinos at night.

Incredible House - Wonderful Host!

The house is beautiful and the pictures don’t even do it justice. The view is incredible and the location is ideal! The house well equipped with many thoughtful details. I would highly recommend this property. And can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Vacation Home

Beautiful home with an amazing view! Perfect home for a relaxing family vacation. Located by state line with casinos, shopping and restaurants just down the road. Shanan was a great host with responding quickly to question we had and suggesting a photographer who was fantastic for our family photos. We would definitely stay again!

A Gathering of Life Long Frienships

This property is accurate to its listing. The views are some of the best I’ve ever seen and the home is perfect for a gathering of people wanting to enjoy each other’s company. Cozy getaway with an amazing view

We picked this property because it would give us an incredible view of Lake Tahoe (some of our family members have mobility issues and couldn't easily access the lake up close). Not only was it easy to find, but when we had issues accessing the property, Shanan was so prompt with helping us trouble shoot them. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with dishes/pots/pans/seasonings so we could comfortably cook multiple meals. The Hot Tub was very straightforward to use and such a nice way to wake up on a cold February morning. We also loved how close the house was to the downtown area and to snow activities. And, when it unexpectedly snowed the morning of our departure, every possible tool we could need to clear the driveway and our cars was easily accessible. Loved our stay and highly recommend it!

Forty on July 4th

Wonderful week celebrating life with family! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 11 month old. Well equipped for the 11 month old great high chair, port a crib and regular crib! A good view of fireworks without going out into the craziness! Saw a deer, but no bears. Roads are twisty and the entrance into neighborhood took a little getting used to! Can’t wait to go back! The photos do not do the view justice.

November 2023 Tahoe stay

This property was perfect for our family of 9 which included adults and kids. Plenty of room to hang out together or go off and have some quiet time. The property is well maintained,and the location with stunning views that get better every hour! Close to Heavenly village and all that is surrounding. Exploring Lake Tahoe

What a marvelously situated base camp for exploring the Lake Tahoe area. The house is spectacular - exactly as pictured and described, except that the view is even better. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are large, comfortable, quiet, and well supplied with linens. The deck and the lake view were magnets for our entire group every morning and evening. Shanan gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and a personal chef and was very responsive to every communication. We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful views of Lake Tahoe

It was well equipped for a baby and all the bedrooms accommodated all of us very well. The views were stunning from the deck and the neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend.

Zephyr Cove - Separate and Together

Hillcrest provides a fabulous wide-angle lens view of Lake Tahoe from upon a mountainside. The location is slightly north of the town, so one may enjoy the placidness of the forest or drive a short distance to be part of the nightlife of Stateline. The house is designed for both group entertaining and spaces for individual rejuvenation. Safety features in place for toddlers, too. The home is outfitted with many creature comforts and then some: fully-stocked kitchen, high-end appliances (including a dry cleaner in the laundry room!), hot tub, beach equipment. Our 85-lb. German Shepherd enjoyed the ability to romp up and down the stairs. (There are a few beaches that dedicate a portion of the land to be dog-friendly.) Our vacation was a combination of cooking our own meals and eating out. We did everything, and we did nothing. Hillcrest enabled us to to both -- and in style.

Lovely Stay!

Zephyr Cove is a lovely part of Tahoe and the house is phenomenal! I stayed with some childhood friends and we had dinners on the patio overlooking the sunset. The location is great and Shanan is lovely to work with. I highly recommend this house!
