Professionally decorated with tasteful touches, Paradise Shores 400 provides a relaxing and inviting atmosphere for your vacation. Spend sun-filled days on the sugar-white beaches, swim in the emerald-green waters, or unwind by the pool and spa on the first floor. A shared, designated grilling area at the back of the building is perfect for cookouts with family and friends.

With 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, Paradise Shores 400 offers everything you need for a dream getaway: elegance, privacy, and the best location in Mexico Beach.

Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. Working weekend

Nice condo in a great location. We were in Mexico Beach to help run the last Stronger Than The Storm event and got some great photos of the venue from the balcony. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable!

Beautiful condo, plenty of room. Only suggestion is put blackout drapes on the two bedrooms coming in condo. Lighting on walkway lights up the whole room.

Loved 400 Paradise Shores

We had a wonderful vacation at 400 paradise shores. The condo was perfect with plenty of room for 6. We especially loved the wrap around balcony and spent a lot of time there. You could be on the beach within minutes of leaving your condo. The pool was great too. I felt completely at ease allowing my 15 year old and her friend to wonder around Mexico Beach. Parking is great. Every parking spot is near the elevators. I can't brag enough about Mexico Beach and 400 paradise Shores. Highly recommend.

One word, Perfect!

We loved staying in this condo. We have stayed in many condos or cabins in the past, this one is by far the best on every level! We were in awe upon entering, it is so beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, the couches-oh my, the couches-most comfy couches ever (I am now on the lookout for furniture like this.) The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We were there with our daughter & son-in-law and our son and his girlfriend. We had plenty of room, my son slept on the couch which he never pulled out the sleeper on because the couch itself was super soft. Oh, the views-WOW! We spent every morning enjoying our coffee on the balcony, had dinner out there one evening, and watched dolphins go by. I simply cannot find anything about this condo negative, it was perfect in every way. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Wonderful Week!

Beautiful, comfortable condo with amazing views! The sunsets were gorgeous from the wrap around balcony and you can be on the beach in just minutes. There was plenty of room for our family of five to have some space and relax.

We just had a 5 star visit to Paradise Shores 400. It was very clean, the beds were great, and the view was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We had everything we needed. We always take our cleaning supplies to clean upon arrival, but we didn't need to. We took our 3 high school graduates for their senior trip. They loved it. The access to the beach was very easy. Shopping was close. Our only recommendation -- if you are a pillow snob, take your own pillow. I am and I didn't and I couldn't find a pillow that I liked (soft and fluffy). Also, it would be nice to have small tables on deck between the chairs to set your coffee cup. Parking was easy. Garage was clean., Elevators were clean. We definitely will return and highly recommend this condo.

PS400 is by far, the best unit in my book. Beautiful view of the beach from your bed, or from the balcony while drinking coffee in the mornings. Quiet, peaceful, the perfect spot to just relax on your get away. This unit is spacious, and cozy. We can’t wait to come back next year, or hopefully sooner.

Loved it! So nice and clean with an awesome view. Only recommendation is a blackout curtain on the windows of the back bedrooms- the exterior hallway lights shine bright into the rooms at night. But overall I still give this place a 5. Can't wait to return!

Loved it! PS400 is beautiful as well as comfortable. Views spectacular! No chain stores & 2 lane streets are a plus. We love Mexico Beach & the surrounding area. We will be back! Forgotten Coast personnel are good to deal with.

Great location, amenities, and condo layout

Overall, great stay in unit 400 at Paradise Shores. Great master bedroom, kitchen, and main living area. We had 4 adults and children (two families) staying in the condo and felt like we had plenty of room. The wrap around porch was awesome. We spent several hours sitting on the porch watching the waves roll in across the road. The only improvements I recognized for the condo was the carpet was worn at the threshold in the kitchen area. Rugs were laid over the thresholds to protect feet from staples (guessing). There was also signs of some other minor maintenance issues such as lights (glass lamps) broken or missing in the kitchen. Because of the carpet needs for improvement, I rate this as a 4 star. But if given the opportunity to return to Paradise Shores, I would look to book unit 400, and I would recommend it to others.
