Excellent condo with great balcony

Nothing bad at all and very clean. Only small issue was dishwasher not working but since we did not cook, not a big issue. Grounds clean, balcony is large and awesome ocean view. Would stay here again.

Family Trip

The property was beautiful and we had an amazing vacation. Unfortunately after our departure we were accused of damaging a TV and a washing machine which we did not use either of the items during our stay. A disappointing end to a fabulous vacation. I would not suggest using this property manager.

The TV was on at check-in with an advertisement for VLE and music playing. You can't tell me that 8 people over 4 days never used the TV in the living room. That is something else. Some people are better humans than others I guess. This is my response for not paying for what you damage as a guest. That’s crazy. We own/manage 20 high end rentals here in Cabo. This is only the 2nd time a guest has not paid for damage they caused. You know that TV worked upon your arrival as it was ON with VLE’s advertisement. I’m 100% sure you didn’t do it, but someone in your group of 8 did damage that TV. Both Maintenance at VLE and upon trying to use warranty at Costco, confirmed the screen was damaged by a punch or hit with something else. We’re not asking you for reimbursement at this point. And this is no means a scam in any way as you say. Let’s let KARMA play its role. Best of luck with your future travels. Hopefully you will learn respect along the way. And hopefully know one else has to deal with you on a personal level.

Great Family Stay

The condo was perfect, with plenty of room for us and 3 teenage girls to have their privacy and space to get ready. The full bath in the main area was awesome! We never actually ate in the condo, but it has everything you need to cook and eat there. The views were absolutely amazing, with a direct view of the famous Cabo rock structures, and the beach was swimmable every day for us. Town/marina were a quick 5-10minute drive, so lots of places to eat and shop. The food at the resort was really very good, but a bit pricey. The breakfast cafe was quick and easy not as overpriced. The host was very responsive and everything was as listed. 10/10 stay!
