Dune and lake access and lots of parking!

With lots of seating and beds this house is a great place to come visit the coast. Two car garage has room for your toys to enjoy the dunes with access to ride directly to and from the sand. Access to the dunes is via asphalt roadways and about a 2 mile drive. The home is less than a mile from the county park with a beach and boat access to 10 mile lake. We have a lot of parking as well. Spend your days riding the dunes or swimming and fishing on the lake, and then come and enjoy the cozy house, relax after a day of fun! Relaxing patio with bbq and seating outdoors.

Please make sure all trash and recycling has been taken outside to the larger roll carts. Only recycling items in the recycle can. Trash is picked up every Tuesday place by driveway Monday eve.

No loud noises after 9pm. If we get complaints we will attempt to make contact via phone and correct the issue with the guests directly.
When available, Hot tub use requires each person to shower off prior to entry. Sand in the hot tub will result in a cleaning charge minimum of $50.00
The use of the garage requires all spills and floor to be clean upon checkout or there will be additional cleaning fees imposed of $50 at minimum.

Very quiet neighborhood, the home is well kept. Plenty of parking space in the front. Hot tub is a nice feature, very close to the lake, short drive to the dunes, supermarket down the street. Overall a great rental, I would recommend this home if you want to stay in Lakeside.

Great vacation

Justin (property owner) was prompt in communication and very helpful with the only minor issue that we had. This was a fun vacation for my whole family.

Great price great location super friendly neighbors

We stayed for 5 nights and the home was perfect for everything we needed. We had plenty of space. Fridge was spacious. Hot-tub was an added bonus. The best part for our family was tbe dune access and friendliness of the neighborhood and entire town

Great stay

This was a perfect place for a weekend with the Bros. Nice and spacious and great set up. You cannot drive quads out to the dunes without trailering up so just be aware of that if that is the main reason you are booking this place.

Quick Family Getaway

Our family booked this sweet little getaway last minute and were very happy with our stay. Plenty of sleeping spaces, beautiful kitchen to cook in and the hot tub was a big bonus with the kids. Easy access to the lake and the ocean only a few minutes away.

This was the first time I ever rented a place anywhere, so i was really nervous. Unknown to my daughter, her boyfriend was going to propose on this trip. It couldn't have been any better!!!Everyone loved the house, local food was good, and the weather was great !PERFECT for us. Thanks for a supper stay,and will be staying there again.Ps she said yes

Lovely spot for extended family trip

The home was lovely and easy access to the dunes and the Umpqua for fishing. There was quite a bit of noise from off-road vehicles driving around, but that is to be expected based on the location. The home itself was great for our group.

More fun than a two handled plunger!

We had a blast! Place was great. To far from the dunes however to ride on the roads with paddles. So dune access is a bit of stretch unless you have dirt tires.

Cozy and clean!

We had a great time here as a homebase for our dunes trip! The house was really clean and the hot tub was nice and hot. Comfortable beds. I did want to note for others that it does have dunes access (spinreel) but you do have to drive about a mile on the pavement, which is legal. Theres a grocery store really close and a great restaurant/lounge on the lake just around the corner. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

The house was very clean and spacious and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. It was a great place to get away with our extended family for the weekend. There was PLENTY of parking for all of our family. Beautiful lake access was about 2 blocks away. While technically the dunes are accessible from the house, make sure to bring your dirt tires as it is about a 3 mile ride on paved roads. Overall, it was a great experience!

Great Location

Overall we had an amazing stay. Home only has one shower but we made it work. Other than that everything else was near perfect. Home is a close drive to the dunes. Shirt walk to a coffee shop. Lots of room for trailer parking. Very clear rules and instructions for check out. Lovely home :)

Lakeside OHV Riding

The house is in a nice cute neighborhood and the home itself was adorable. Plenty of space for our party of friends and family. I loved the backyard. It's a little rustic and also very modern. The is no need to bring any extra utensils as everything is supplied. When we arrived it the home was very clean and communication with the homeowner was very easy. We all loved it and hope that when we go back it will be available for us.

The property was nice, and the host was responsive. However, the ad needs to be updated. There were several things listed that are inoperable, such as the ice machine and wood-burning fireplace. The coffee pot in the photos has been swapped for a Keurig, so if you bring ground coffee based on the photo, you'll need to obtain pods. Only one bedroom has AC, and the units have limited adjustment options. There are surveillance cameras and a small pond in the yard not mentioned. (not great for kids, one of ours fell in.)Overall, we would recommend this property, but be prepared for some variances from the listing.

Amazing! Direct Dunes Access!

Highly recommend this home! Very clean, large kitchen, beach feel. Quite location and nice neighbors. BBQ and firepit out back, bring extra chairs if more than four people. We had three couples and had everything we needed in terms of cookware, towels, and space. Loved direct access to the Dunes and a hot tub to soak in after a day in the Can-Am. It has a lot of parking and the two car garage was perfect. The guys went golfing at Reedsport up the road, a nice 9 hole course. One couple rented a RZR from Spinreel Rentals and had an excellent experience! One night we had a great dinner and experience at the Lakeshore Lodge. Everything is within 5 minutes of this home. Excellent hosts, and we couldn't have asked for a better find! We will be back!

We love this area for the ability to operate our SXS’s and other Offroad toys on the roadway to get to and from the sand without having to trailer them. Also several other owners around us are enthusiasts of the sand and Offroad community.
