Downtown/beach accessibility:

The Sarasota Bay Runner trolley is approximately 10 min walk from home. It runs every 30 mins with multiple stops downtown, St. Armands Circle and Lido Beach. You can download the Bay Runner app to see where the trolley is. Lyft/Uber are extremely accessible as well from home and affordable.

Other points of interest:
Payne Park (29 acre park) is 0.5 miles away from home. It also has a playground, skate park, cafe and tennis center.

The Sarasota Legacy trail is right around the corner from home. Multi-use trail that runs approximately 20 miles. Great for running and bike rides
