The house is super colorful and fun. Well equipped with cooking pot and pans etc. great laundry facilities. Pool is warm and the shed has beach chairs, toys, umbrellas etc. pool is enclosed with a bug screen. So it stays nice. Beds are soft and comfy. It was clean but a deep clean under the couches and couch cushions would be good. The neighbor 2 doors down was not nice when we parked in front of his house. However, the police he called explained to him that it is not against the law to park on a public street. After that there were no issues. Neighborhood is a nice quite area.

Sarasota Getaway

The property is located very close to the Sarasota Airport and convenient to drive to Siesta Key and Lido Beaches. Excellent restaurants and shops close by. The house is very comfortable and the pool is wonderful.

Perfect accommodations

The property was nice & clean, plenty of space, dishwasher, washer and dryer available in the house, plenty of towels, pool was awesome, pool toys provided for kids, we were able to barrow beach chairs and umbrella. Nice quite and safe neighborhood. Absolutely loved our stay and would do again soon!

Sarasota ladies trip

The house had everything we needed. A great pool, spacious rooms, 2 full bathrooms, a safe neighborhood and it was super clean. We had a great time. Our host was very accommodating, I’d definitely book again!

Family Fun in Sarasota

This house was perfect for our family of 5! The kids loved the bunk beds amd the pool. The beach chairs and umbrellas were an awesome amenity, and awesome beaches and St. Armand's Circle were a short drive away. We loved it here!

We would definitely stay here again!

This is a quirky, cool beach house, just not right on the beach. The location was perfect, though being right in between. It's 20 minutes from the beach and 15 mins from tons of shopping and restaurants. The relaxing pool out back and the ease of check in and communication with the owners were the cherry on top.

Sarasota Beach home

Beautiful home inside. It was so nicely decorated and arranged. Many amenities to make our stay so easy. Loved being able to talk to the owners who were so helpful!. Pool was perfect temperature, both day and evening. We would stay again!

Family getaway

We loved your property! We have two toddlers and newborn. It was so nice to just walk outside and be able To swim and come right into nap. We felt like we didn’t haven’t to leave to have a perfect vacation!

Sarasota trip

The house was good for what we needed, a bed and bathrooms. Check in was easy and the host was easy to contact. The issues we had were the non functioning smoke detectors (5 of them) and the shower floors were super slick. The house def needs some updating.

Great Vacation!

We had a great vacation. The owners are so attentive. They had everything there you think you could need including umbrellas, beach toys and coolers for the beaches. The pool was warm and kids loved it! Great location! Thanks Phil and Tina!!

Super charming and fun!

Between the location, decor, great use of living space, and super nice salt water pool, this is now one of our favorites as regular visitors to Sarasota. The hosts were so gracious and accommodating. House was very well equipped with linens and cooking utensils. Thanks Daryl And Tina! Well be back.

Oh that pool!

This house is terrific! The decor is so fun and whimsical--you really do feel like you're in a house right on the beach. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked and the owners were so helpful and kind. So that's 5 stars right there. Let me add another 5 stars for the pool--AMAZING!!! Heated to a perfect temp, clean, soooo relaxing. If you visit Sarasota, this is the place you want to stay! 10/10

Not bad just a few issues

The house was clean but the cleaning person didn’t finish washing a mattress cover and left it in the washer. Beach chairs were great but all umbrellas were broken so we had to rent a few. Accommodations were nice and location was good other than a few noisy neighbors on the weekend nights. We had to purchase items that usually come with the price such as toilet paper, paper towels and detergent. Would not be against asking for a few hundred dollars refund due to all of these items listed. The pool was fantastic and the children loved it.

We loved it

The pool was awesome... the house was well furnished and very clean... we made ourselves right at home and there was plenty room for the 7 of us... lover that the yard had shade and sun... my only complaint would be It woulda been nice to not have quite so much foliage and landscaping so there was more room for the kids to play but everything was perfect... we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back sometime.. host is super friendly

Blissful!!!!

Absolutely recommend! There were 6 adults and our 2 year old. We all had so much fun. The house is clean, spacious, and well stocked. You're only about 15 minutes away from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. But if you don't feel like driving and getting sandy....just chill in the pool! And Tina and Daryl are amazing hosts. They respond super fast if you have any questions. Definitely coming back here!
