This home can accommodate 8 adults (age 11+) and 4 children (age10 and under) as per the property's short term accommodation license. Partridge Hill is a private county retreat and the perfect place to host your next getaway away from city life with family or friends. Partridge Hill has 4 cozy bedrooms and 2 large living spaces spread over 2 spacious levels providing ample room for your entire group to unwind and have their own space. Cook a meal in the beautifully renovated and fully stocked kitchen, ideal prepare and host your county feast! The backyard (with a pool*) is your own oasis and you will feel like you are the only person for miles, making for a great private space to host your BBQ with ample outdoor seating. *The pool is perfect for those hot summer nights and is available from End of May through mid-September. A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.
Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.
Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.
Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
