The host is very responsive to every message or request. The unit is basically spotless, exactly as described and perfect for even longer stays. Yes, you can hear the elevator and upstairs people if they are very noisy but honestly unless you have a special schedule and you have to sleep during the day, we never had any problem with noises at night. One of the best unit we ever rented and it will be the first we’ll check for our next stay in Miami Beach

It is by far my favorite rental unit in South Beach and I try to stay there every time it is available during my travel dates. Great location on a quiet side street but still very close to Ocean Drive and the beach. Apartment very clean, spacious, well-furnished and with plenty of daylight. Lot of dining options within walking distance: I personally like Burger Meister and Pizza De Miami in the immediate area, but every type of food and cuisine are accounted for. Great communication with host and easy check-in. Hope to stay there again in 2026

Excellent location. Easy walk to the beach and other locations. Very clean and the host was responsive to any questions. The elevator is right next to the room so you do frequently hear it, and I could hear the people above me - this didn’t bother me, but I could see if you were a light sleeper - it could be an issue.

Fantastic condo in the perfect location!

I highly recommend this condo! It was clean and in a great location and it even had beach chairs, umbrella and everything for the short walk to the beach! Great restaurants nearby! And any questions I had were answered quickly and were always helpful!
