About Property Manager
I am an accountant and my wife owns her own companies. With both of these careers, we work for multiple companies. We have to admit that for most of the year, we work 60-80 hours a week and have very little time to kick back. When we do have some free time, I love pretty much any sport ever created. My wife loves gardening and any other activity that will keep her from being in doors. Together, we are animal lovers where we have rescued and foster many animals. We have found homes for many of them, but have accumulated a few that we just couldn't let go. Currently our 'kids' are Bubba, Sugar Bear, Lady Grace, Bitty Kitty, Peaches, RJ, Mister Kitty, and Precious. And, lest I forget we have one 'grandbabby' named Stella. Yes, that is 4 dogs and 5 cats. Rescuing these animals has been a great passion for both of us. However, everyone needs a break everyone once in a while. For us, that is coming to the Condo. It is the one place where we can leave our hectic lives behind and truly relax. It gets more and more difficult to leave each and every time. We each will bring several books and do nothing but, relax, eat fantastic seafood, read, and sleep. It's how things were meant to be.

Nestled on the quiet side of Destin, this was the perfect mix of having conveniences of 100+ restaurants within 1 mile, yet having the peacefulness that can be found in very few areas. Quietly listening at night, only to realize that we could hear nothing but the ocean. Walking on one of the few beaches that feels untouched and natural. Yeah, we had stayed all over Destin and up and down the Florida coastline. It only took once to realize that there was no area that could compare!!!
What makes this Condo unique
Words can't describe the feelings we have when we spend time at our condo. Being on the Southwest corner, the view of the Sunset cannot be put into words. While we are extremely happy with the rennovations that we have done to our second home (including the big HDTV's we purchased so that we didn't miss anything in football season), we hardly spend anytime admiring the inside. It is nearly impossible to leave the patio from sunrise until bedtime. We know you will feel the same!

It was a good vacation.
Our family of 4 had a great time on our vacation. The condo was nice. Had a great balcony with a view of the ocean. The only issues with the condo was the bathtub didn't drain and the front loading washing machine was moldy. The building was ok but the swimming pool was small and always crowded, which was a bummer with 2 toddlers that wanted to swim in the pool. The resturant and bar in the building were very pricey but there is a nice cafe in the resort behind this one. The beach was nice and clean. If you want a good spot on the beach you have to get down there early. Lots to do around destin and Panama city wasn't too far away.
This property was absolutely perfect! Clean,comfortable and well maintained with gorgeous views of the ocean.The Skywalk made it an easy walk to the beach.my family loved every minute of our stay and cannot wait to return especially with all the amenities this place had to offer.Thank you! It was everything and more than what we thought it would be..
This was our first time staying at the Surfside property. We had a great experience and really enjoyed the condo. It was nice to have the bridge over the road and to not have to lug chairs and a cooler out with us each day. The beach bar and pool bar were so convenient. The condo itself was really nice and was stocked with everything we needed. I liked the set up with our two kids being on the opposite side of the condo - gave us a little privacy. We had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.
What a beautiful unit. Our family absolutely loved our stay here. The unit is incredibly well kept and felt like home. From the balcony you can see stunning beach and bay views. The owners had everything on hand we needed.
