Quiet getaway available only for EAA. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Large living room, updated kitchen and dinette. Laundry is available for free. Pet friendly as long as pets are kenneled when you’re away. There is a large fenced in backyard with a fire pit, grill and smoker. Relax on the patio under the shade of the umbrellas with a cold drink to end your day, or sit out by the fire and enjoy the evening. There is a large built in kennel in the basement available for use as well as other typical sized kennels, so no need to haul your own. Kid friendly as well! Lots of toys/ utensils for little ones! Can have a pack n' play available upon request. Behind the house is an elementary school with two playgrounds available for use and a couple blocks from the house is a gorgeous city park on the river. July and August you'll get to experience the beautiful flowering landscape and shade provided by the ample trees on the property. Plenty of parking in the driveway, and street parking is allowed as well. Small town experience less than 20 minutes from the EAA grounds. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s perfect for relaxing after a busy day at Airventure.
