I love this neighborhood! It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Miami, but close to nearby hot spots, including Miami Beach, Midtown, Wynwood and downtown/ Brickell.

It’s also located within 15 minutes of Miami airport and easily accessible to the main highways, including the 95, 112 and causeways to the beach.

About the Area: Upper East Side

Located half a block from Biscayne Boulevard and 15 minutes from the pristine waters of Miami Beach.

Historic shopping districts and a nostalgic urban-tropical vibe define Miami's Upper East Side, the neighborhood that provides the best of both worlds, with a suburban setting close to the bay.

Close proximity to the Miami Design District, Midtown/Edgewater, Wynwood, Downtown Miami, South Beach, including being nearby to cafes, restaurants, fitness facilities, shops, hospitals and university campuses. The rejuvenated strip features charming boutiques, consignment stores and trendy eateries, all housed inside restored retro-styled structures.

Miami Ironside (75th Street) is another Upper East Side creative district made of more than 70 showrooms plus cafes, studios, furniture shops and independent retailers galore.
