Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. We are located minutes from the beach, Wynwood, Design District, Midtown and Downtown. Rockmoorvilla studio 17 has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. We have high speed Wi-Fi, gated parking a court yard, and charming décor. You will feel right at home with us. This is a great place if you are thinking of short trips or extended stay. Our full kitchen makes living easy. We are also located to many awesome foodie spots!

If you are looking to explore and like to have some recommendations from locals we will be more than happy to assist you! If you want to be left alone then we are fine with that as well!

Quiet neighborhood next to an elementary school. Down the street there is the Haitian Cultural center with lots of shops and places to eat. The building is between to streets that can take you directly to all the must see places in Miami. Miami Avenue takes you into the heart of Downtown Miami and NE 2nd Ave takes you through, Buena Vista, Design District, Midtown, Wynwood and Brickell. Also 10 minutes from South Beach!

Having a car or using Uber is very highly recommended!!!>The studio is between to important Avenues that can take you directly to all the must see places in Miami. Miami Avenue takes you into the heart of Downtown Miami and NE 2nd Ave takes you through, Buena Vista, Design District, Midtown, Wynwood and Brickell and Miami beach. *(Rental car or uber is the best way to get around in Miami in general!)

we pulled up in the uber opened the door and gun shot rang out. This location is in a extremely bad neighborhood. I spoke with the host and he claimed he would make things right and never even returned my call. We never stayed there for obvious reasons and highly don't recommend anyone staying there.

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. This place is DIGUSTING ! I grew up in Miami and I was very familiar with the area so the wasn’t an issue for me at all! The issue was the disgusting room we were given. 1. Not the room in the pictures. 2. Bugs crawling on you while you sleep. 3. No parking 4. TV continuously glitched so we couldn’t even watch TV 5. Smelled like a carton of cigarettes 6. MOLD INFESTED! Then I message the host about what’s going on he sends a woman to the room to open the window, cool thanks, cause that solved all the problems right ?!? I messaged the host again about the TV ….. silence! No text no call no resolution but had the audacity to text me the next day asking how our night in the room was! I will be reporting this host and I will be getting my money back. disgusting. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else!

We have right down the street from us The Haitian cultural center. The neighborhood has tons of artist that call this area home.
