Our cozy home offers ample space for you to relax and soak up the Caribbean sun while still conveniently close to grocery stores, delicious food, and essential shopping. As you make your way to our property, be mesmerized by the breathtaking scenery that surrounds you, setting the tone for a truly tranquil getaway.
The space
Our home features a bright and spacious living room with comfortable seating and AC units, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

The kitchen is fully furnished if you want to prepare meals, or use the microwave for heating up leftovers.The dining area comfortably seats 6, for providing intimate meals or family gatherings.


Our three cozy bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat, each furnished with comfortable beds including a king bed, queen bed, and a room with two full-size beds - all with memory foam mattresses for maximum comfort. You'll appreciate the convenience of the two bathrooms, one adjacent to the Master bedroom, and a hall bath - both equipped with towels for your convenience.

Our goal is to provide you with a home away from home, where you can relax, unwind and enjoy your stay. Come and experience the ultimate in comfort and relaxation at our vacation rental.

I stayed here for three nights while visiting Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, and overall it was a comfortable experience. The property is spacious, reasonably clean, and very accessible. It’s located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing with family. We appreciated having A/C in all three bedrooms and the living room, plus access to TV and internet.The house isn’t new, so there are some details that could be improved—especially in the bathrooms and kitchen furniture. I also think the location link could be updated, since it doesn’t lead exactly to the property. I know the area so I found it without trouble, but someone visiting Puerto Rico for the first time might struggle.Still, this is a great spot for family stays, whether you’re exploring the island or just planning to unwind and enjoy some quiet time together. I would stay again.

Wonderful Experience

This was my first time renting a property. We rented it for 2 weeks and everything was wonderful. The location was excellent. A lot of stores and markets were close. The house itself was spotless and house rules were clearly marked. The owners were very responsive and helpful whenever I had to contact them. They made this a pleasant experience and I would happily rent from them again!

Beautiful and plenty of room

The host was very accommodating and understanding. We walk in to a beautiful house with nice furniture. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows. The air conditioners worked great. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. I didn’t see an ice maker, but there are plenty of trays to make ice. Bathrooms have nice water pressure. My daughter and I enjoyed watching the large TV, and having WiFi available. I would return again if I need to stay in that side of the island.

Responsive host, place still needs some work

Overall the house was nice, the beds were comfortable. There were a number of small things that made us feel uncomfortable: - we have service dogs and notified the owner at the time of booking and she didn’t seem to understand the policies and asked non-allowed questions - notes around the house threatening with the neighbors having access to the property - requests for guests to throw food across the street (being born and raised in the island, that is not a recommended practice. There should be an enclosed area for the garbage if stray dogs getting into it is an issue) - the room listed as having a window a/c unit actually had a portable a/c that heated the room more than it cooked it down and would overflow with water overnight - even following the instructions to get hot water in the showers, it was not consistently hot - the towel rack in the master bathroom was broke and a hazard - the house could’ve used a deeper cleaning (especially the dining table under the glass and the sofa under the cushions) - there was no soap - there was no washer or dryer which made it complicated for a week stay The host was responsive and the location was good.

Our property is our home away from home. We think it has a great location near El Yunque and the beautiful countryside! Not too far from the beaches either, so lots of options on where the day takes you.

What makes this property unique

Centrally located just 25 minutes from Yunque national rain forest, 45 minutes from the San Juan airport, and about 25 minutes away from Luquillo kiosks and beaches. Close to stores for groceries, shopping, and even the movie theatre.
