Beautiful home on the 10th green on Priest Lake Golf Course

Entertainer's Dream on Priest Lake Golf Course. If you are hosting a wedding, this is the perfect place for your guests to stay. This beautiful 3000 square feet home has 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ bath with a soaring 24’ exposed wood beam ceiling with an open floor plan. Also equipped with twin gas fireplaces and an expansive wrap around deck. Our home also has a game room with a pool table and electronic dart board for some indoor entertainment. The house also has Starlink internet and Wi-Fi along with Dish Network. There is an 85” OLED TV over the gas fireplace with a full motion TV support that can be viewed throughout the main living area. There is a full-house audio system with separate controls in each bedroom, the entertainment room, and the outside deck. Located in the closet in the pantry room is the surround sound audio system that supports iPhones. Just hook our phone up and listen to your favorite music. We supply high end linens and towels for all bedrooms and bathrooms. All bedrooms have new luxury mattresses with waterproof pillow tops and very comfortable sheets, pillows, and comforters. All 3 full bathrooms have hair dryers in them.

Master Bedroom: Has a jetted tub and separate shower with dual shower heads and multiple body shower and an enclosed toilet area. There is also a 52in Samsung TV that is hooked up to Dish Network with the availability to sign into your own Netflix / Amazon Prime. French doors open to a private deck looking over the tenth green with mountain and territorial views. This deck is shared with the 3rd bedroom.

Second Bedroom (Blue room): Queen-sized bed with enclosed toilet area. The shower has dual shower heads with multiple body showers. This room has a 32in LG TV that is hooked up to a firestick for easy access to your own Netflix / Amazon Prime.

Third Bedroom (Tan room): Queen-sized bed with its own bathroom and bathtub/shower combination. There is a private deck sharded with the master bedroom overlooking the tenth green. This room has a 42in Samsung TV that is hooked up to Dish Network with the availability to sign into your own Netflix / Amazon Prime account.

Entertainment Room: There is a comfortable Full size sleeper sofa extra sleeping area. Please let us know if you will need this and our guest coordinator will ensure that there is fresh bedding available.
There is also another queen-size sleeper sofa available in what we call the pantry area that is next to an upstairs bathroom and has a door that can be closed for privacy. Please let us know if you will need this and our guest coordinator will ensure that there is fresh bedding available.

Kitchen: There is a fully stocked kitchen with all new knives and utensils. There is a separate door leading to the side deck where you will find a full-size Weber BBQ for your grilling needs. The large deck has two separate outside tables with plenty of seating area for everyone as you watch golfers try their putting skills. There are large trees to help protect from errand golf balls on the shot in. Always look out in the morning and the afternoons for some surprise wildlife spotting. Typical spotting are white tail deer, but black bears, elk and moose also roam through the tenth green at times. We ask that you do not feed or approach any wildlife. There is an area in the garage that I have a tool area set aside for your complimentary use. Please use as you need and return to the same location, please. We’ve also workout equipment in the garage that is also available to our guests. Priest Lake offers everything for the outdoor adventurer. From hiking, boating, swimming, sunbathing, snowmobiling, hunting, HUCKELBERRY picking, biking, fishing, off roading, and of course golf, gives you and your guest a variety of fun and entertaining things to do. Priest Lake Museum on Lake Shore Drive has a public sandy beach on the shoreline of the museum. There is also a large public beach at the state park.

Due to the remoteness of Priest Lake, it’s highly suggested that you do any major shopping at Safeway in Newport, Super 1 Foods in Oldtown or Michell’s Harvest Foods which are all located on the way into Priest Lake. If you come in during the afternoon, we suggest you try the Burger Express in Priest River and try their Huckleberry Shakes. You will not be disappointed.
