New Studio close to the beach!
Seasonal/long term could be negotiated. Studio with separate entrance good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Oceanfront Park beach less than a mile away (0.7 miles), take a walk to the beach!! Biking friendly area. 1 Parking stall. Touristic quiet and safe area, close to fitness clubs, two water front restaurants, boat/jet ski rental, scuba diving/ fishing charters. Studio w/independent entrance, queen bed microwave, refrigerator. Washer and dryer
Current photo government issued id required. Exterior security cameras around property perimeter.
No parties or loud music allowed.
No extra guests allowed without the consent of the owner.
No pets.
No smoking inside the property, strictly enforced
No refill on curtesy consumables.
