The space spread across 1,600 square feet, our cozy house has 4/5 cozy bedrooms, 3 Smart TVs, perfect for accommodating a family or group of friends. The first floor comprises a spacious a bright living room with comfortable pull out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with a convenient washer/dryer. There are 3 bedrooms on this level with a king bed, full bed, and a twin bed. Upstairs, you'll find a peaceful bedroom with a queen-sized bed, offering a private balcony perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Adjacent to this bedroom is an open space with two twin-sized beds, providing ample room for rest and relaxation.
Additionally, the house features a driveway that can easily accommodate up to 3 cars, ensuring that parking is never a hassle.

NO Parties or Events, Quiet time after 10:00pm. Please be respectful to the neighborhood, no loud talking is allowed on decks or outside after 9:00 PM. If violated, your reservation may be terminated immediately at my discretion and you will not be refunded.
-Any visit from the local police department will result in immediate eviction without refund.
-No unregistered guests sleeping. over visitors MUST obtain prior approval from hosts or your reservation may be terminated immediately at my discretion and you will not be refunded.
-No smoking of any kind, e-cigarette, or vaping in the house anytime. or you will be charged extra cleaning fee.
-If you stay overnight on Thursday, you agree to put trash and recycle barrels to curb and put back on Friday morning. IF for any reason you cannot do that, please let us know ahead of time.
-Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables and that, by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves arising from their use of the premises or to others whom they invite to use the premise.
