Your destination for your next luxury vacation

This beautiful 300+ m2 ocean front villa located in the southern part of the Island is designed by Piet Boon, a famous Dutch designer. The smart design which is focused on natural flows, durable and high-end materials provides privacy for all users of this open lay out beach home. The villa is close to the windsurf place of Sorobon, the kitesurf beach of Atlantis, to the airport as well as other beaches.


Entrance into hallway with 2 big bedrooms (one facing the pool) sundeck with covered gazebo at Caribbean Sea and 1 bathroom + separate laundry room and separate toilet.
Inner stair case leading to wide living room with open kitchen with folding doors to wide covered terrace with views over (and outdoor stairs leading down to) pool, sundeck with covered gazebo and Caribbean sea. Upstairs also the 3th bedroom with smaller bathroom and a separate toilet.

You will be able to enjoy the breeze coming from the East through your home, as well as the peace and quiet of this area. Because you live right at the ocean you never really need to go anywhere else!
The optimal use of space, the exclusive furnishing of the interior and terraces, the use of natural materials combined with a perfect kitchen (Viking) makes this villa an amazing place to stay.

Also the perfect spot for divers and snorkelers to enter the amazing underwater-world of Bonaire - beautiful reefs in front of the house. Use of outside shower + wash tank + drying rack.

Time away from the grey of Illinois

Our stay was amazing from check in to check out. Actually, before, as Keesjans made contact with us before we even left! This was our third trip to Bonaire and due in part to the lovely accommodations, the best. While it is as spacious as it looks, we really only used the upper ā€œporchā€ and the deck area. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. If you are considering this property, book now! You will not regret your time spent here! Thank you so much!

Amazing Rental

Loved everything about our visit to Bonaire and this rental property. We dove right off the ladder @ the house and it was amazing. Also- the dive center two doors down was so convenient and kind for renting tanks daily. Highly recommend this amazing rental! It is better in person than the pictures even show.

Good location and great view. Well stocked kitchen. Outdoor space outstanding. We planned to grill dinner but after trying to use both grills had to abandon. Cheap grills. If you are planning movie night or your favorite netflix series the tv is small (32") and only suitable for one person to watch. Large tv in owners only area not available. Rented as 3 BR but only had access to 2 bedrooms.

Great villa close to town and airport

What a beautiful and modern property! Great for a small family or two couples. Snorkeling right off your deck, views of boats/ cruise ships in the distance, a nice sized pool to relax in. Updated kitchen appliances. Google assistant wired. The large indoor/outdoor living and dining area were great to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bonaire.

From start to finish our vacation in this beautiful villa was seamless. Keesjan was so gracious throughout the booking process as well as answering any questions we had along the way. The home is stunning (even better than pictures). We arrived to meet the house manager, Martin, who went through various instructions with the villa. Once on our own we just thoroughly enjoyed family time and relaxing in the evenings on the deck watching the sunsets and enjoying a cocktail. We were out most days diving but in the evenings we had the windows all open and appreciated the ocean breeze throughout the home. We'd cook breakfast every morning in the well equipped kitchen. Every possible kitchen gadget is available at your disposal. We were not able to ignite flame on stove without turning on gas and just igniting with match. Hopefully this is how it's supposed to be done but some might think stove doesn't work if they don't do this step. Washer and dryer were available which was great. Bedrooms were nice and cold at night with AC (make sure to hold remote up high to the vent to start the AC or you might think it won't start). We spent most of our time, when home, outside on the deck or on the extended back living room. Sunsets were stunning every single night right off the deck. I highly recommend this beautiful villa and I hope to stay here again on our next visit to Bonaire.

Honeymoon

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a great experience. East ride to town while also being far enough away for peace and quiet. 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful

The location is amazing. Who wouldn't want to wake up each morning and take a swim and snorkel ? Sit out on the balcony or deck with your morning coffee? Read till dark with a glass of wine? The best meals we had on the island were the fresh fish we cooked in the well stocked kitchen. Sitting at the long outdoor dining table were golden times for our family. Martin from the rental agency was available and prompt anytime to help with questions. I read one review that commented on the upstairs shower being small and getting stuff wet - I just didn't have the slightest problem with that! And also having the toilets separate is much more convenient! I didn't get those comments either. I hope to return!!

Worth the price

My husband and I splurged on this house hoping to have everything we wanted to relax right at home and spending less money on excursions and beach clubs, and we absolutely did! We spent the week snorkeling off the private ocean front deck area, swimming in the clean refreshing pool, having cocktails and snacks while lounging in the indoor/outdoor living area, and watching amazing sunsets from the very private cabana. We did rent a car, which is a must, but the house is in a central location so all the hotspots of the island are very close by. The home is in walking distance of a restaurant/bar and a scuba/snorkel business. There were a few days during our trip that we didnā€™t need to leave the property at all, we had everything we needed right there! This vacation ranks as one of our favorites.

Beautiful Oceanfront stay

Kas Daas is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. The house is gorgeous and swimming out front cannot be beat. We stayed in the lower ocean-side bedroom and it was quiet with lovely views. We had an incredibly restful couple of weeks and would recommend it. (Re communications - In the weeks between booking and the actual rental, we didn't hear much from the property managers but they were responsive and available right before our travel and during our trip.)

Kas Daas was lovely

We stayed at Kas Daas for 2 weeks and it was really great overall. The home was lovely, especially the kitchen and that outdoor space. We LIVED out there! Awesome sunsets and room for everyone to relax and enjoy each other. The beanbag loungers were our FAVORITE! The owners and property managers were super helpful as well. We were a little surprised about a few things. The bathroom situations were definitely odd. The main bedroom that opens to the pool did not have a private bath but rather 2 separate rooms in the hall. One held the shower and sink and the other, across the hall, the toilet. Luckily we did not have others staying on that level that we might run into en route to use these rooms. The upper level bedroom did have the sink and shower in the room however the bathroom was tiny. The shower was sooooo tight that the water hit the sink when showering. You could not keep a towel in there as it would be drenched. I am a small person and I had issues getting all the way under the shower head which was too close to the wall. A pipe extension and rain shower head would greatly improve that situation. And the toilet was in a hall bath so again, you had to go in common space to use it. Just awkward. We also had an extreme mosquito issue and we were all completely chewed up as there were no screens on the majority of the home. The windows were often open because it was hot and there is no central air in the main part of the house so the bugs were everywhere inside. It would be great if screens were added to all of the windows. The last issue we had were the beautiful heavy glass doors on the main level. They were installed wrong, according to the owners, and they dragged and screeched along the floor when opening. It was a shame because the floors are beautiful and these doors will ruin them for sure. All of these things aside, we completely enjoyed this home. The pool area was awesome! We spent many hours there in the pool, reading on loungers by the water and especially under that shaded couch. Watching the ocean from there was so special. If you are a diver, there is a rinse tank and hanging rack for your gear so that was super helpful. Overall we really loved our time at Kas Daas and we would certainly recommend others go there. You will not be sorry!

Fantastic property in a perfect location

Before reviewing the property I, have to compliment Kessjan on how responsive he was throughout the entire booking process and stay. You can be sure you will know everything you need to know about the property prior to your arrival and even once you arrive he checked in with me just to make sure everything was the way it should be; which it was. The property itself is amazing, close to the airport, and has a great floor plan. Each room has its own dedicated air conditioning, which keeps it comfortable while sleeping. During the day we kept all the windows open and normally there is a great breeze coming through the property. The kitchen and living area are on the second floor and the kitchen is fully equipped. The most spectacular part of the home besides the view has to be the pool deck. We spent a lot of time relaxing in this private area. If you are a diver you can easily dive from this property and if you're not; snorkeling is also an option as there is a abundance of sea life. Overall I would recommend this property to anyone, including my friends and family. You just cant go wrong with the location and amenities this property offers.

Great house with a great location

We loved our stay at Kas Daas. We were all divers, and we took plenty of dives off the house reef including our night dives and never got bored. We also love to cook and the kitchen works perfectly for cooking and entertaining. We thought the grill was propane, but it is charcoal, that took a little to get used to, but works just fine. The beds are all nice and the AC in the bedrooms only takes a few minutes to kick in, so no need to leave it running all day. We loved our stay.

Paradise in Bonaire

My partner and I had an amazing time at Kas Daas. The property was very clean and offers breathtaking views. The location is perfect for dive parties with easy access to southern dive sites. Plus, the house offers direct access to the water for easy night dives right in your backyard. I highly recommend Kas Daas...rest, relaxation and a diver's paradise.

Family Vacation

We stayed here for a family vacation in February. The property manager was at the house when we arrived and make the check in process very easy. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures show. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning watching fish go by and beautiful sunsets at night. Plus, it was fun to snorkel right from the house. The neighborhood was close to everything, but also felt safe and quiet. Overall it was a wonderful vacation property.

fantastic location

Second time staying here. Just as hreat as we remembered it. Right on the ocean. Nicely appointed. Close to BelMar to get tanks (5 doors down). Close to groceries and town but far enough away to be peaceful. We really enjoyed it and will be back.

We stayed as a family of 4 in April. The house is excellent. It is modern, well laid out, nicely appointed. The upstairs bedroom was used by my wife and I, and the lower 2 bedrooms our boys had. The security system gave us good piece of mind sleeping on different floors. The kitchen is adequately stocked, and the furniture, especially the outdoor furniture is great. Hot water and AC was excellent. We were able to enjoy morning coffee looking over the sea, or watching the cruise ships arrive. Evening sunsets were spectacular. There is snorkeling right off the deck, not lots of fish but still fun. There are two dive shops on the same street, one just a few houses down. The resort at the end of the street has a great restaurant you can walk to. The owner is very responsive to questions. and there is a house manager who meets you at the car rental to take you to the house. Very nice touch. Thanks for the memories!!

Rock Star House

Spectacular Home! We have stayed on the island of Bonaire a few months before and love everything about it. This home is a dream for peace of mind and swimming snorkelling and diving right out-front. Are host did everything when meeting use at the airport Adriana and her husband are very nice caring people. After giving use the run down of the house they left use to enjoy this home. Great location easy to get to town or travel along the island. The home is a palace and very roomy and private. If you get the chance to stay in this home I called the Rolling Stones house youā€™re very lucky! Enjoy and thanks
