Oceanfront Condo Pool Hot tub Private Beach Access

New to the Hodnett Cooper rental program, St. Simons Grand #319 will satisfy the most discriminating guests! Just remodeled with decorator finishes throughout in a serene coastal theme, each room is simply a delight to behold. The oceanviews are fabulous and can be seen from all living areas as well as the master suite. The large balcony which overlooks the beautifully landscaped grounds is furnished for dining or just sitting enjoying your morning coffee. Either way, you have the ideal location to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean waves.

The master suite is spacious with a King bed and large master closet. The master bath features dual vanities and a spacious walk in shower. One of the additional bedrooms has a king bed as well with its own bath. The remaining two bedrooms have queen beds and share a bath.

Every bedroom has a Smart TV with streaming service. Traditional cable service is not provided but Hulu Live is available for real time viewing.

Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Bedding Includes: 2 Kings, 2 Queens.

Nice property with ocean view, pool and the unit was modern and clean. The deck was large with ample high grade tables and chairs. The management company did an excellent job of keeping me appraised of timelines and other pertinent information. I would definitely stay at the Grand again.

Perfect, we will be back!

This unit is part of The Grand on St. Simons, we stayed in unit 319. It was a very last minute trip for me, my 73 year old mom, and four kids between ages 9-12. It was perfect! The layout of the unit made it so that all the kids had their own space to retreat to when they started getting on each other’s nerves lol. But we spent very little time in the condo, we stayed on the beach all day! Everything was clean, the beds were AH-MAZING after a long day on the beach, and the place is about 1.5 miles from several restaurants. Loved having the pool and hot tub for when the kids got tired of the beach! We will definitely be back to stay at The Grand again!

The property is wonderful and served our family well. The only thing you ought to know is that the walk to the beach is longer than we expected. But the pool is very well maintained.
