Welcome to our brand new cozy waterfront beach home est 2022. 5 minutes away from Long Beach Island and the beach. Minutes away from neighborhood bay with small beach area; small playground including tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. Many local and beach front restaurants and stores.

Open concept main floor includes large kitchen that opens up to large 25 foot deck with BBQ, overlooking the lagoon. Bring your floats/kayaks/small water toys. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes coffee / espresso machine. Appliances include dishwasher and microwave.

Large dining room and small breakfast nook off the kitchen. Large living room with TV in private section of the main floor. Board games and karaoke machine if you want to just stay in for the night.
Garage includes bikes/scooters video games and indoor basketball hoop.
Walk out to the yard and relax on a swing or hammock. Wake up to fresh crabs in our crab cages in the yard or enjoy smore’s in the firepit at night.
Outdoor shower to use when you get back all sandy from the beach.
