About this property

Beautiful Waterfront Oasis with Pool

Stay comfortably at our 4 bedroom home located in The Coves at Beach Haven West with an in-ground pool, right on the lagoon. The rear staircase is equipped with a stairlift for accessibility.

The bedrooms feature 3 queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. With amenities like central air, WiFi, and a washer/dryer, your stay will be convenient and stress-free. The kitchen and both bathrooms are stocked with basic essentials.

While you're here, you can enjoy the pool table, two kayaks, a paddleboard, bicycles, a fire pit, barbecue, board games and a ping pong table.

Rental also includes 8 beach passes to Surf City which is a short drive from the house.

You can enjoy the beach at LBI, then come back to relax in a peaceful setting. Or you can just spend your vacation poolside here. Our home offers plenty of room for family and friends to spread out. Bedrooms are private, with the master suite encompassing two rooms with a dedicated workspace and makeup table, Several full length mirrors are present throughout the house. You'll find two living rooms and a game room on the main floor with a bar area separating the dining room from the pool room. The kitchen has a rice maker, air fryer, coffee maker and a Ninja Slushi.

The ground floor has a cabana area at poolside for relaxing out of the sun with a daybed, ceiling fan, table and chairs, and a refrigerator for cold drinks and snacks. There's a game area as well, with a ping pong table and outside games.

Surrounding the pool are lounge chairs, with table seating by the grill. There is also a full-length awning over the dining area for comfort during the day.

In-season or off-season, our home is a great place to relax and connect with family and friends.

We are tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from the beach, pizza and bagel shops, restaurants, and stores. Truly the best of both worlds.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Trash is to be left in 2 garbage cans below front steps. There is also a blue can for mixed recyclables.
Please return all remotes to their cradles mounted on walls.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If the pool waiver and tenant certification are not returned within a week we have the option to cancel your booking. Renter must be onsite.

Sudden storms are not uncommon, please make sure all windows are closed when you leave the house to avoid damage to the interior.

Lisa's Home became our home away from home. Close to everything and far enough away for quiet as well! Pool is a relaxation DREAM! My kids loved the pool table and all of Lisa's Art! cant wait to return next year.

What an amazing host and house! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the space felt so comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Perfect Family Retreat

If I could give this property and host 10 stars I would! Our host Lisa was always quick to respond to any inquiries prior to our stay, sent a very thoughtful welcome letter prior to arrival and added numerous helpful touches to make guests feel at home. The kitchen was stocked with good quality cookware, cutlery, dinner and glass ware and had everything you could possibly want or need if you plan on cooking, grilling or dining outdoors by the beautiful lagoon. Bathrooms had thoughtful amenities such as makeup remover towelettes, makeup washcloths, light up magnifying mirrors, hair dryers and diffusers, and vanity accessories. Bedroom closets provided ample hangers and clothes organizers along with robes and full length mirrors. All linens and bedding were good quality and comfortable as well. Pictures represent the house accurately and all spaces were beautifully decorated. The pool, outdoor amenities, lounging areas and lagoon were stunning! So much so that our family didn’t want to leave to go the beach nearby! We have 2 teens in the family that enjoyed the pool, ping pong and pool tables, games provided, kayaks and bikes as well. We were 8 family members and all were impressed with everything about this property! Thank you Lisa for making our family vacation such a memorable one! Our daughters and their families have voted it the best and we will be back next year!

This was our second time staying at this property with our adult children, their spouses and 2 teenaged grandchildren. The house is beautiful and kept impeccably clean. The host has thought of and provided everything you could possibly need or want for your stay. Outdoor space with pool overlooking lagoon, retractable awnings, grill, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, and cabana match the upscale vibe of the indoor space. A few of us went to the beach (passes provided) but this is the second time most of us didn’t want to leave the house! We have stayed in many places over the years but this property far exceeds expectations!
