Access to Your Private Unit:
Upon arrival, please check in at our reception to register. Once completed, you’ll receive your unit access code and entry instructions.
Kindly note that some cabinets within the unit may be locked and are not accessible to guests.

Access to Shared Facilities:
Guests have full access to the condominium’s shared amenities, including the swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals. The unit features a well-equipped bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower for your convenience.

This ground-floor unit does not include a private patio or scenic view. However, you’ll have full access to all shared amenities, including the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and outdoor areas.
Please complete the pre-arrival form and agree to our rental conditions before check-in.
Upon arrival, please check in at our reception to register. Once completed, you’ll receive your unit access code and entry instructions.
Towels are refreshed on Tuesdays and Saturdays upon request.
A brief unit inspection takes place every 4 days.
A $300 refundable security deposit is required.
Air conditioning must remain on throughout your stay to prevent mold caused by humidity.
We offer an on-site shared laundry facility with washers and dryers for your convenience. Machines operate with USD quarters, which you can purchase at our reception.
