Shores N S'mores Lake House is a comfortable getaway to enjoy the best Eagle Mountain Lake has to offer! From the two tier boat dock -- enjoy fishing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, floating, or just relax and enjoy the view on the top tier. From the back porch -- enjoy BBQ'ing, playing corn hole or ladder golf, soaking in the 7 person hot tub, or roasting s'mores over the fire pit. Come make yourself at home for a weekend, a week, or even a month -- life is better at the lake!

The lake view was amazing. The home has so many positives like natural light and location (on the leeward side so wind was low). Additionally, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Perfect!

We couldn't be more grateful for our stay! We traveled from AZ to spend a very special 5th birthday with our grandson currently undergoing his fight with cancer. The Lake House is just the change in scenery we all needed while still close enough to Cook Children's for treatment. The house was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed great fishing and lots of quality time getting some much needed fresh air. The upper level of the dock was our favorite spot. Thank you Jennifer, for sharing your home and being beyond accommodating with our travel plans. You're truly a blessing!!!

This house is absolutely perfect for a family or group getaway. Easy to get to, spacious, AMAZING dock and views of the lake, and comfortable and modern interior space. Yard, patio, and hot tub are perfection and the spacious and fenced yard in incredible especially if you have pups along. Host was amazing and beyond accommodating. Hope to stay again in the future!

Our family, including pup, enjoyed our stay. The house and yard were perfect for family time-swimming, fishing, paddle boating, relaxing on the dock, etc. on a quiet part of the lake. The host was very nice and quickly responded to our questions. And s’mores are a yummy bonus!

My family recently stayed at this lake house and had an amazing time. The views were amazing and we enjoyed every moment. The house was clean and well equipped with things that we needed. Quick Spring Break Getaway

The house was lovely and just as described. Great amount of outdoor space to play and hang out. Fenced in yard all around the house was a plus for our small dogs. If you are even considering staying at this property and it is available... BOOK IT!! It is a fantastic choice for groups large and small. The house is precious and fully stocked with direct access to the lake and plenty of lounging room in the sunshine. But the very best part are the owners! We live about 30 min from the lake house and use it every weekend it is not rented -- we absolutely love it and hope you do too!

This is a fun neighborhood, all of the lakefront neighbors are amazing!

What makes this property unique

Shores N S'mores is a true lakefront home, you can get right to the water! It is an ideal location if you want to enjoy the outdoors and enjoy the lake! If you have a boat you can boat in and tie off the walkway. If you have jet-skis we have two lifts available. The paddleboat stays on the floating dock and has a ladder to climb down for easy access, this is also the easiest place to start on the paddleboards.
