The house is exactly the way it is pictured. We were blessed with a lot of rain so the water was up high enough to play in. The house is absolutely beautiful is actually better than the pictures

The set up of the home with a mix of bedrooms and sleeping arrangements was a huge help. Instead a having lots of bunk beds this was much more fitting for our needs. The home was lovely and the kitchen was so easy to work in even for multiple people. Everything was supplied that we needed. Our hostess was easy to communicate with and very generous about our changes.

My name is Jenn. I am a mother of 3 children and a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. I graduated from Texas Tech University and I received my Masters degree from UTA. I have always dreamed of having a lake house to escape to and have finally made it a reality. We truly hope all of our guests will enjoy the property as much as we do and make lasting memories with their loved ones.

Why they chose this property

SHADES is a 5 bedroom lakefront property that comfortably sleeps 10-15. You will be forced to have fun while you enjoy the Double-decker boat dock, Game room with wet bar and Large outdoor covered space. There is a separate guest house with 2 bedrooms and a bunk room in the mainhouse for the kids. You will love cooking in this beautiful kitchen while you enjoy the view of the lake through the large windows. Speaking of views, get ready to take in the stunning view from the upper level of the dock. The large upper level of the dock is fully fenced in with a covered seating area as well as lounge chairs to get some sun. The walkway out to the dock and stairs to the upper dock have safety railing. Need more information, feel free to reach out with questions. Thank you!
