The home has a Multi-Purpose Room, used as an office, game room or bedroom, a rooftop deck & a private backyard. We are also a dog ONLY-friendly home. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place trash in the receptacles located in the backyard.
Put parking passes back into the House Book.
Put rooftop cushions back in the closet, close and lay down the umbrella.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
#2 parking permits provided for the duration of your stay ($100 per permit charge if not returned). Free Bay parking is available without a permit.
City Noise Ordinance (10pm – 7am). Violations will result in immediate eviction and NO REFUNDS!
CHECK-OUT: Trash & recycling outside in the alley way * Used dishes in dishwasher & start * Used bathroom linen & bathmat in the bathtubs

July 4th Getaway

The place was amazing, there was a bbq grill we used and there were board games for the children. It was a nice place to relax after a long day at the beach. The host is very accommodating and answers fast.

Family Getaway

The place is very lovely and not too far from the beach. There were board games and a game room where the kids can play Pac-Man or watch tv. Tamitra is very friendly and responsive, always attentive to our needs and satisfaction. Will definitely book again in the future!

Excellent Atlantic City Home

Beautiful home, from coffee station to the roof top deck , with gorgeous sunsets. 10 minute walk to the board walk, parking is tricky but parking pass is a great help. Excellent host, very easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent this property again.

This is a beautifully renovated property with lovely bay view from the cute rooftop deck. The whole house was super clean. The hardwood floors throughout are very nice, but we liked that the bedrooms themselves have carpeting. There is also a comfy front porch and a back yard with bistro tables, so plenty of outdoor space for everyone. Make sure you have dinner at Angelo's, which is walking distance. Maria's Luncheonette is a 5 minute drive and serves great breakfasts. On our last day, we rented bicycles at the Inlet where the putt putt golf course is and had a blast riding up and down the Boardwalk. We will be back!

Nice property

The only complaint I had was the use of air fresheners. Many many air fresheners. I collected them and bagged them but it honestly took a while. If it weren’t for that one annoyance, this is a great stay. She goes above and beyond with a variety of coffees which is nice and easy to communicate with, quick to respond.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is called "Ducktown", not sure why (LOL) but I have found the area to be safe, and pretty quiet. The street is clean, and the neighbors are nice and keep to themselves which is one of the reasons that I chose this area to host guests.

What makes this property unique

Our home has a porch, backyard and most importantly a rooftop deck that overlooks the bay.
