Home away from home

Great location and facilities. Very clean. Easy comms with organising. Highly recommend and we will come back. Waterslides a bonus!

Spacious and emaculate

The pictures are accurate. Google was a bit incorrect with directions, but the added directions on the check-in information were very helpful. Prompt replies from property management. The only thing you need to do for check-out is gather the trash. The pool was perfect, especially after a day at Universal Studios! Highly recommend! This was cheaper than te hotels in the area, especially for families who are larger.

Beautiful Unit

This property was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. It was spacious, the beds were very comfortable (important after full days of Disney), and the amenities were top notch. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, but beware there are no measuring cups or measuring spoons. This would have been helpful. Where this rental came up short was in cleanliness. Check your dishes and always check your sheets! Many dishes were absolutely disgusting with food still stuck on them (dishes and silverware). When my husband and I went to bed, we realized that the master bedroom sheets had not been changed from the last guests (body hair, hair, and dirt). Since we did not notice this until so late, the vacation company did not have a remedy. Thus, 11pm on our first night, we washed the sheets. We did not get to bed until after 1am on a day we had to be up at 5:30am. The person I spoke with apologized and asked us to email pictures of the dirty and slept in sheets, which we did. He said the issue would be addressed with housekeeping. In my email, I did request they not send housekeeping the next day because we would not be there and we already washed the sheets. I did not receive a response and no further remedy (such as a cleaning discount) was offered. Aside from the issues with cleanliness in that first night, we enjoyed our stay here.
