You will have the entire house ( excluding garage) and pool to yourself. Whether you're looking to experience some Disney magic or the luxury of a private pool, this single-story home is sure to perfectly fit your family's needs. Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed | Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Beds OUTDOOR OASIS: Unheated pool, lounge chairs, outdoor dining area INDOOR LIVING: 5 Smart TVs with Roku (cable on request at additional fee), central A/C, family-style dining area, 1,400 Sq Ft
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Refrigerator, Keurig machine, electric tea kettle, large island, cooking basics

GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, dishwasher, complimentary toiletries, lockbox for key FAQ: Single-story home, step-free access, walk-in shower, quiet hours (after 10:00 PM), 1 external security camera (facing out)
PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles), street parking (following HOA rules only after driveway is full )

HOUSE RULES

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and VRBO
- Take trashbin to curbside on collection day ( Mon)

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via lock key. which can be found facing the door. The code will be sent before 12:00 PM on check-in day
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Follow check out Instructions from BNB cleaning crew
1. Avoid stripping the beds
2. Remove all perishable items and Take out the trash
- Trash (gray bin) located on the right side of the home.
- Trash pick up is Monday. If this falls during your stay please pull the bins to the curb the night before and place them back on the side of the house after pickup.
3. Empty the refrigerator and tossing opened food items.
4. Clean dirty dishes or load the dishwasher if there is enough load (Starting the dishwasher is not necessary )
5. Gather all towels near the laundry room
-Turn off all lights, electronics, and logout of any personal accounts (youtube/netflix etc)
-Close and lock all windows and doors
- Place key back into the lockbox, and scramble the code
- Don’t forget to share the experience during your stay with other guests by writing in our Guest Booklet.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The backyard pool is cleaned every Thursday. Please be aware that the service provider may arrive during your stay. The pool is NOT heated.
- The water level in the pool must be even with or at the bottom of the brown tiles around the pool. If you notice the pool level low please use the hose to fill to the bottom of the brown tiles
-Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located at the front of the home, facing the front outdoor entry and the driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion

Quiet neighbourhood

Clean and neat first impression upon entering property. Bathrooms well stocked with supplies. Comfortable beds. We were then surprised to find some problems that would have been hard to miss by cleaners/host, that were not rectified during our month long stay. Only basic kitchen supplies. Front bedroom needs blackout drapes because of bright streetlight. Would recommend as a good location in a quiet community.

Wonderful Place!

Wonderful house! Some suggestions would be 1. Inform the house guests/renters that someone would be arriving early in am. to clean / pool maintenance. Startling to open the curtains to find a stranger in your back door. 2. Maybe provide 4 rolls of toilet paper instead of only two. 3. When asking for dishes to be washed, maybe provide a dishwasher tab / gel pack to wash them in. OR… if these items are unable to be provided, let the tennants know this prior to arrival. Other than these things mentioned, had an enjoyable stay with our granddaughter on her first trip to Disney!

We enjoyed our stay. Bed smells clean and fresh which I really appreciated. Plenty towels, quiet neighborhood, near shopping centers. downside: They expect you to take the trash cans/bins out on the collection days, trash can were already full when we arrived, we went out every single day, the day recycling was supposed to be collected we took it out but I guess it was late already and the trash can was still full when we went back to the house. This is the first time we are asked to take trash bins out on collection days when we rent a vacation house. I mean, we were on vacation, who would like to be doing chores on vacation? Other than that, the house is in very good condition for a family stay.

Quick Getaway

The house was wonderful, clean and spacious. It was an easy check in and out process. The only two recommendations I would make is consider a heated pool option and possibly offering more standard supplies. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this house and would use it for future vacations.

The property was in an ideal location to Champions Gate and the Disney parks. The house was clean and spacious for the 5 of us that stayed there. Check-in process was easy and smooth.

Overall great stay

The place overall was great! There was a lack of kitchen items the fridge smelled like vinegar. The couch was stained and the patio could stand some upgrades. It was spacious though with comfortable beds and pretty much everything needed. I hate that the pool wasn't heated and that the maintenance man woke us up one morning will drilling and banging. That was infuriating. Other than the small things, good stay.

It was a great stay. We didn't even use the pool because my daughter had a broken arm. Everything was clean and comfortable enough. The couches are a little worn. The attached garage was very convenient. Overall great stay, would stay again. Thank you!

Great house, Better courtesy skills needed

The property is beautiful, clean and everything looks like the pictures. However, we were very disappointed with the hosting skills. Most /All Airbnbs that we have stayed in offer basic products like dishwashing soap, toilet paper to the guests because they understand that the guest is only staying a few days and they don't want to buy these things, plus they are in a new environment. Not that we cannot buy them but it's usually a courtesy offered by even the most remote Airbnbs. Additionally, if you are a family that likes to cook together during vacation, the kitchen is a little underequipped- this could be improved.
