This condo was very clean and comfortable with beautiful oceans views! The elevator wasn’t as big of an issue as we thought it might be for the 21st floor. Be prepared for long waits on major check in days though. The pool bar was great with food and entertainment. Having access to beach chair service was so great too!

We were really excited to stay at Splash again after having stayed there in the past. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. The host was quick to communicate a potential issue soon after we got there. The whole family loved the ocean view and watching dolphins and sting rays from the very top floor. Our little boys loved the bunk room. We enjoyed ourselves so much we contacted our host about extending our stay for an extra day and we were so happy the condo was available for us to do that. We have a large family (7 kids!) and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We loved the pools, lazy river, splash pad and water park. I (mom) was excited about the coffee shop but it was expensive, thankfully we had a coffee pot and Keurig in the well stocked kitchen! We all enjoyed our time and would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Beautiful panoramic view from balcony. Very, very nice room, comfortable beds, stocked with everything we needed and the elevators were very fast. We had a wonderful time!

It was a beautiful place! The condo was very roomy and so nicely decorated. It was well “stocked” with things we needed. The views are phenomenal! Our only complaint was the elevator situation. They were very slow and we even got stuck on one for 30 minutes. We tried to call for help, but nobody would answer. We were finally able to call 911 and the fire dept came. It certainly wasn’t the owner’s fault. It’s just the only negative about the trip. We’d come here again with no hesitation!

Wish I could give it 4.5. The layout and rooms were great. Comfortable beds! Very clean! We enjoyed the views as always. Only negatives were: the forever long wait times on the elevator due to one being down for maintenance; the kitchen lacked a few things we needed to cook and clean but no major deal; the tv in the queen room didn’t work and there weren’t batteries in a few remotes either. Great communication with owner and issues were handled promptly! Overall I’d stay again

Great Family Vacation

We had such a great trip and this condo had everything we needed. Views from balcony were amazing. The unit has enough room for us to be together but with 4 bedrooms, we had our privacy also. Highly recommend!

Our family loved the condo and the views were incredible! The kids loved the pool and the access to the beach was convenient. Close to restaurants and shopping with Pier Park just a short drive away. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

Beautiful relaxing place!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo with the family. We love PCB, and this is by far the best condo we have stayed at here. I strongly recommend booking this place if you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, and relaxing place to stay.

We loved this condo! It was spacious and the view was amazing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed including enough bath towels. Splash is a great resort for families. It has a lazy river, splash pad for toddlers, water slides and bucket for younger children, 2 pools (one is heated when needed) and of course the beach. They also offer water sports and other beach activities for an additional cost. All the resort staff were friendly other than one of the check in ladies. We utilized the outside bar for drinks and food and the inside cafe/bar for breakfast, ice cream and drinks as well. This is our second time staying at Splash and we will be back again. There are several restaurants you can walk to as well! The host quickly responded when I couldn’t find my email for the entry code upon arrival.

The on site water park was fuln for kids and adults. My second stay with James Mann and his condos are always on point being true to pictures and descriptions.

Beautiful penthouse

Such a beautiful accommodating condo! We had such a great vacation! Beds were very comfortable and we loved the open floor plan of the kitchen and living space! We would definitely love to stay again.
