Exceptional Stay

The photos of the house are great but still don’t do it justice! It’s stunning in person and one of the few properties with an actual backyard that isn’t just a deck. We thoroughly enjoyed the hut on the beach which had built in speakers and misters to keep us cool in the 115 degree heat. The private beach was well maintained and just a short walk back to the house. With multiple outdoor dining areas, a well stocked kitchen, games in the garage and huge movie theater - the house has so much to offer. Can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

Nice Location but…

Nice house, layout and location. However, the home lacked amenities. The carpet was heavily stained and very little cleaning supplies. Cookware was old but utensils were nice. Spiders webs, spiders, and ants were all over. For what we paid we expected a lot more. Alarm kept going off but property manager was very responsive. Some of the shower curtains were dirty. My wife and I did the best we could to enjoy our stay but some of our adult kids led early because of issues.

Not worth price.

Blinds that don’t work, dirty carpet and stains all over the house. Stained walls, dog poop all over the yard non-functioning thermostats. Security cameras all over the place, including the backyard in the hanging out area that flash to make it known that you’re being watched very uncomfortable.Like the other guest, we were also considering leaving early because of how uncomfortable the place was. Such a beautiful home. It just needs a homemade makeover and new furniture.It’s definitely not worth the price. I just cannot say how disappointed my family was.

Make the Home is very beautiful, but it was not that clean at all. Dog pee was all over the carpets the side of the beds and the door frames so they must’ve had a male dog. We did not have hardly any towels and the towels that were there, barely went around you ! The dryer did not work. We needed to wash some towels and we had to put them outside to dry. There was a toilet seat that was totally broken and you could not sit on the toilet. We went to use the barbecue and fire came out of the barbecue. It was absolutely filthy.. hopefully, they will clean the place up a little bit because it is a nice place. The kitchen is very well stocked and the couch in the living room is fantastic for everybody to sit on and relax. I’m hoping they will read this and do some special things to the home. One thing I did not like either was there was no hand towels, no washcloths and no towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms. The outside patio is fantastic, but there is no water misters or fans so it’s very muggy. It has real grass. That is absolutely beautiful.
