MOST REMARKABLE HOME AND LOCATION ON THE RIVER! Custom built home features 5400+ sq ft of gracious living! Cooks kitchen with a huge island opens to the great room, dining area, and bar, all overlooking the river. FULL WET BAR WITH ICE MAKER ,2 master suites each with their own walk in closets, bath and a huge shared walk in shower. Rounding out the downstairs, is a master suite, another bedroom with their own closets, 1 and a half baths. Upstairs you will find another bedroom, WET BAR, pool/game room, office, spa room with Jacuzzi tub with river view!! A gorgeous white sand beach, private boat dock, covered and uncovered patios, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, overlooking the river. Deep part of River. Located In the center of Lake Havasu , Laughlin and minutes away from Pirates cove and Topak. Tons of parking. Sleeps up to 16 additional guest are ok with prior approval and fee ($100 a night per additional guest). Includes kids playpen and high chair for your convivence. Home is fully fenced on a gated street.

Desert Storm

Stayed here over Desert Storm weekend. The place was amazing! Everyone loved it and there is plenty of room for a big group. Location was great and we will definitely stay here again.

Annual Family River Trip

Second time staying at this beautiful river home for our annual Family River trip. Ruben the host is amazing! Brought a boat and (2) seadoos and the family had such a fantastic time in the water each day and the property's private beach is amazing to just chill and relax.

Perfect Stay on the River

If you are looking for a stay on the water for a bigger group, look no further. There was plenty of space for the whole family, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. There was a little snafu with the plumbing while we were there, but the owner, Rubin acted quickly and professionally to get it fixed ASAP. We were even left a little welcoming gift, which was the nicest touch. We can't wait to plan our stay for next summer. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay!

Amazing Property With A Big Wow Factor

We stayed this past weekend to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday with friends and family and we had an amazing time! The owner, Ruben, is very nice, helpful and easy to work with and I can't say enough good things about this property. The private beach and dock were key and the house offers so much in the way of entertainment and technology. The beds are comfortable and the layout of the home was incredibly well thought out. While everthing about this home is amazing, my favorite part was the large covered patio overlooking the river. I would definately stay here again!

Perfect again

We came back again this year for RZR riding, and afternoon boating! Kitchen was again well stocked with everything you could possibly want to for cooking and barbecuing! Our 4 couples easily fit with extra room and extra beds! Patio is perfect for our large party to eat outside and hang out! Plenty of room to park for trucks, and four trailers! The private dock, for our boat is great! The only reason I rated my description a 4 instead of a 5 was that the beach towels were missing this year. And I told everyone that they didn’t need to bring them. But I’m sure that this has been rectified. We will definitely come again!
