Enjoy your vacation in our gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath, private lakefront house located in a no wake cove just off the Gravois arm on mile marker 5 (5MM). This is in a perfect location - close to great entertainment, restaurants, and gas docks by the water. The cove is very calm so you can enjoy sitting out on a floaty with a drink, or lay on the swim platform without being tossed around by the waves on the main channel.

While the listing shows as new, we’ve rented it for 3 years. We just changed accounts and lead host and lost the history and feedback. We’ve attached a few screenshots for your review.

Enjoy your vacation in our gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath, private lakefront house located in a no wake cove just off the Gravois arm. This is in a perfect location - close to great entertainment, restaurants, and gas docks by the water. The cove is very calm so you can enjoy sitting out on a floaty with a drink, or lay on the swim platform without being tossed around by the waves on the main channel.

Private 40 x 42 dock with large swim platform and plenty of space to tie up your boat. We also have 2 kayaks, lots of floaties including noodles, mats, and a beer pong floaty, board games, corn hole, propane grill, and many more great things for you and your group to enjoy!

All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the two guest bedroom both have queens. All bedrooms have desks and chairs in them. The master bath is also located on the second floor and has a large walk in shower. Both couches on the main floor have pull out beds for extra guests and the bathroom has a shower and tub, great for relaxing after a long day of boating. Main floor laundry. Kitchen is fully stocked and bathrooms have all essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath salts, hair dryer, lotion, and much more).
Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire house, yard, and dock. The dock locker and boat slips aren’t available, but you can tie boats up on either side of the dock (42’). It’s a quiet cove, so no need to worry.
