Quiet neighborhood fabulous house. 10 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale airport. Near Hollywood board walk, Seminole Hard Rock Casino, Aventura mall, Golf Stream and many more attractions. in fact, you will be in the center of it all Collins Ave which leads to South beach is just 2 miles away from the house, public transportation is every 30 minutes, and the local bus service runs in the back of the house to local shops.

This home is very spacious and can accommodate many of you or your family needs. Home includes full kitchen, two living spaces; office space for working and living room for watching tv and relaxing. Big and spacious rooms for goodnight sleeps and to wake up to beautiful Florida sun!
