On a warm afternoon step outside onto the scenic patio, grill up a delicious meal and enjoy the views that Central Oregon has to offer. Or at the end of an adventurous day, cozy up and stargaze under the open sky.

There is a split level/ductless system unit on the second floor. There is not AC throughout the entire home only on the second floor.

This fee provides access to the community and its amenities, as well as helping to maintain the pools, bike paths, and other recreational activities. When you arrive at Black Butte, please visit the welcome center to get your gate access code.
