This completely renovated apartment has a private balcony with ocean, pool & garden views. Large screen TV's in the living room and bedroom with DirecTV and all smart TV features. Corner quiet side of the building direct ocean views. Bedroom has 2 queen size beds, linens and all you need for your vacation. One month minimum rental, fast online approval. Rent Includes, high speed internet, digital cable, water, electricity, 2 parking spaces, one valet parking, one self-parking in the covered garage. Beach chairs and umbrellas for you use are in the apartment. Well managed. Conveniently located with shops, entertainment, many chef's restaurants just steps away. Upon approval a non refundable $50.00 application fee to condo association is required.
