Total renovated unit with magnificent city views.

Balcony with nice chairs to relax and enjoy the breeze of south beach. The unit has been renovated and all furniture is new with really nice kitchen with best appliances. Fully renovated bathrooms with new bathtub nice cabinets. Marble floors and full screen 60 inches plasma TV with home theater. Extra TV in bedroom as well. Extra twin bed in each bedroom available.
Can also be rented as a large 1 bedroom for a lower price please inquire

If you are neat and clean and have good taste! I got the perfect place!

Absolutely loved our experience here!

The building is very nice, perfectly located in the heart of everything on South Beach. I loved the security of the building for my family. Our particular unit was beautiful and everything we could have wanted and needed for our month long stay. The view of the city from the balcony was amazing. The owner, Ingrite was gracious, communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Memorable and Enjoyable

I loved staying there. We Would rent this any time again. Everything was super clean when we arrived. This appartment is well organised and everything is working. Nothing is missing in that unit. I have stayed in other apartments before, at the same address and I wish they would have been as well organised and as clean as this one. My husband and I had a unforgetable time. Awesome city view. Great pool and lounge area. Right on the beach in the heart of South beach. highly recommended!
