E25 Direct Gulf Front is open! Beautiful and new! Saturday-Saturday

A Saturday to Saturday stay is required. Million Dollar GULF FRONT Condo at Pointe Santo de Sanibel, soon to regain its status as the most beautiful complex on Sanibel. E25 is not a typical rental condo. Instead, plan on being awed by the view both inside and out! Custom furniture, hand blown glass fixtures, expenses not spared. Wait until you see it! Your vacation should be as nice if not better than being at home and E25 strives to bring that extra bit of luxury to your stay. We have many repeat guests and fabulous reviews! SLEEPS 5

Fine linens, excellent mattresses, and a variety of pillow types are available for your sleep comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances, full size LG front load washer/dryer!

WIFI, beach chairs, and towels are provided so you only have to worry about bringing your own swim suit and sun screen. We also provide a portable crib and high chair for your convenience. Each room has its own TV and dvd player.

Our guests return year after year. Please come visit us! You will love it.

Tennis, beach volleyball, gas grills, tiki huts and children's programs are available to our guests or hop on a bike path and experience Sanibel's fabulous shopping, restaurants and wildlife. Golf is just a reservation away. This home's appointments are unsurpassed and luxurious with your complete comfort in mind.

The king size master bedroom features a spectacular view of the ocean. The guest room features a queen + twin and a private entrance to the guest bath. Eat in the formal dining room, dine alfresco on the screened in lanai and watch the dolphins swim by. Please note: we no longer offer a sofa bed. Sleeps 5

Great place to stay! Wonderfully furnished including a great selection of beach chairs, towels and shelling tools. Especially loved the keyless entry - no worrying about carrying or losing a key when at the beach or pool.

Great Location!

We loved our stay here. Everything was as pictured. The view was so beautiful! Everything we needed for the beach was provided and the condo was beautifully decorated. We rented bikes for the week which I highly recommend - it's a great way to see the island. We hope to be back soon!!

Great owner, great condo, great view, great weather

Mrs McGraw spent alot of time over the phone in the beginning when I was trying to make a decision about the stay. She gave me advice on restaurants , museums, site seeing etc. When we arrived everything was as the photos presented..The view of the Gulf was very impressive.The kitchen was well stocked. Super trip!.

Fabulous condo with a gorgeous ocean view

We were extremely happy with our decision to rent this condo. It is beautifully decorated and spacious - and super clean. It is on the second floor with a direct, expansive ocean view. We enjoyed eating all our meals on the lanai. We also really enjoyed the condo amenities - playing tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board, using the pool, etc. It is in a great location across from the bike path and we were able to bike to the grocery store and to Bailey Tract to see birds and alligators. We hope to return!

Difficult to leave!

Location, location, location -- great location on the island and great location in Pointe Santo. The condo had everything we needed, and more. When we weren't in the sun, we were on the screened porch; the fan made it delightful. The unit was nicely furnished. Loved the keyless entry that allowed us to leave the unit without having to take anything with us. We highly recommend this unit.

The condo is beautiful! However, there were so many small details that really made it wonderful: -Coded door entry (no keys or cards to keep track of) -Fantastic high quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs -Extensive high quality kitchen items (Keurig, pots/pans, wine glasses) -Garbage disposer -Dark carpet that hides sand well and is easy to vacuum up -Tile on the porch that feels great on your feet -Luxurious bathrooms -Perfect location on the ocean A+

Above expectations

Everything that is needed for a beach vaca is provided. Towels, chairs, shell scoop, noodles and more. The kitchen is over the top. Grilling was a community adventure with great grills available. The view is spectacular. The elevator and stairs were very easy to negotiate. Cooling off in the pool at the end of the afternoon was a treat. And of course, the shelling was spectacular. The location is very central on the island.

The property was beautiful; however, the condominium was infested with ants. We contacted the office, and they promptly sent pest control. Alas, in spite of treatment the problem persisted, and the children and I received multiple bites.

Great Family Fun

We had such a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful with everything we needed! We swam with manatees and sting rays right off the beach in front of the condo! We had several star fish in the water, watched a sea turtle being released and picked up beautiful shells! In the late afternoon, we were able to watch thunderstorms roll in and played several card games as a family!! So much adventure and close family time! We are forever grateful! The condo was so comfortable and beautifully done we felt right at home!! Thank you for being home base for our wonderful vacation! We will be coming back!!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome Place

Everything about this property was amazing. The property owner responded immediately when contacted and assisted us with early check-in. The property manager was fantastic and also got back to us right away when needed. (Even on a holiday) The unit is GREAT! The view of the gulf is amazing!!!! The unit was very clean and had really nice upgrades. The walk in shower was fantastic, the granite countertops and appliances (like full size washer and dryer) made it a luxury rental. Parking spot was close to unit. Overall the condo and location made the perfect home base for a memorable family vacation. Do no hesitate to rent this unit! (Just not the two weeks we want to do it again :)

Brian and I started bringing our young family to the island in the late 80s. Our four children grew up playing on the Sanibel beaches. We dreamed about owning a condo at Pointe Santo. It is our place for healing and rejuvenation. A place where we spend quality time with one another.
We live in Michigan and Arizona. I am an interior designer and Brian retired from owning a building wholesale business. I am still working but hope to spend more time on Sanibel in the future. It is our favorite place in the world.

Why they chose this property

Pointe Santo is the ultimate destination on Sanibel. The pool is on the beach side and heated. There is a hot tub, tennis, and pickleball.
Landspace after Hurrican Ian is till in transition but best of all is how close it is the gulf of America. The grass meets the sand in front and we are so close to the surf we can talk to people on the beach from our lanai!

What makes this property unique

Pointe Santo condos are larger than the norm on Sanibel. The complex is closer to the beach and still close to shopping and bike paths.
