Se requiere una estadía de sábado a sábado. Million Dollar GOLF FRONT Condo en Pointe Santo de Sanibel, el complejo más hermoso de la isla. E25 cambia constantemente con nuevas telas, muebles y comodidades. Este no es un condominio de alquiler típico. En lugar de eso, ¡planea admirar la vista tanto por dentro como por fuera! El baño principal fue completamente renovado. ¡Espera hasta que lo veas! Sus vacaciones deberían ser tan buenas, si no mejores, que estar en casa y E25 se esfuerza por brindar ese lujo extra a su estadía. ¡Tenemos muchos comentarios repetidos y fabulosos!

Ropa de cama fina, colchones excelentes y una variedad de tipos de almohadas están disponibles para su comodidad durante el sueño.

La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con mostradores de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. ¡Nueva lavadora / secadora de carga frontal LG de tamaño completo!

Se proporcionan WIFI, los libros más vendidos, sillas de playa, juguetes y toallas para que solo tenga que preocuparse por traer su propio traje de baño y protector solar. Jacqueline, We had a wonderful stay in the condo, fabulous weather, and a very relaxing vacation. The access to the pool, beach, bikes, bike paths, tennis and golf were amazing. A few highlights - There appears to have been prior water damage in the condo. We noticed upon arrival that the baseboards were spongy and you could see where the wall is cracked in those spots. These places include the dining area near the washer/dryer and baseboards near both sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom. I was initially concerned due to my asthma, but it didn’t seem to be a problem. As well, there was a hole in the second bathroom door from a previous guest. None of these things impacted our stay, but wanted you to be aware of them. We appreciated the comfy beds and furnishings. Thanks again and hope to visit again very soon! All my best, Susan

Above expectations

Everything that is needed for a beach vaca is provided. Towels, chairs, shell scoop, noodles and more. The kitchen is over the top. Grilling was a community adventure with great grills available. The view is spectacular. The elevator and stairs were very easy to negotiate. Cooling off in the pool at the end of the afternoon was a treat. And of course, the shelling was spectacular. The location is very central on the island.

Sweet location and comfortable condo

Fantastic location, close to Bailey’s for excellent morning lattes, the furniture and beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.

Great Family Fun

We had such a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful with everything we needed! We swam with manatees and sting rays right off the beach in front of the condo! We had several star fish in the water, watched a sea turtle being released and picked up beautiful shells! In the late afternoon, we were able to watch thunderstorms roll in and played several card games as a family!! So much adventure and close family time! We are forever grateful! The condo was so comfortable and beautifully done we felt right at home!! Thank you for being home base for our wonderful vacation! We will be coming back!!

Fantastic place!

Easy access to anything on Sanibel. Condo was clean, beautiful, perfectly located on the beach, and had everything we needed! Beach towels, chairs, a canopy for the beach, a small cooler...who could ask for more! Cooking was easy and there were plenty of dishes and any cookware needed for any type of meal. We'd love to stay there again!

Great location and spacious

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young teens) stayed for 7 days. Pros: Condo was centrally located and close to everything with balcony view right on the beach. Condo was spacious, clean and provided all the basics (coffee maker, dishes, towels, blankets, etc.) and everything worked (AC, appliances, etc.). We appreciated the blackout curtains in the master and living room. Cons: The second bedroom had a full size bed with a twin. Both kids slept on the twin at some point and said it was uncomfortable (may be a trundle bed). For a beach condo there were few hooks or convenient places to hang the daily wet bathing suits and towels so I ended up using the dryer. The decor is a bit dated but overall we were comfortable, had plenty of room and a fantastic view.

Fantastic view for a relaxing stay

We came in the middle of May, and this unit was exactly what was described perfect for our fam of four (2 kids ages 9 and 7). This unit is on the second floor. It has everything that you will need, and the view is spectacular. It took us about a minute to get down to the beach, and about a minute to get to the pool. It was easy to come back to the unit multiple times a day which we did to grab drinks etc. Each evening we ate every dinner out on the closed in screen porch. We weren’t understanding why there was a screen porch, but every unit has one and it’s primarily to keep all of the bugs out which by the end of the trip we totally enjoyed and were thankful for. We also drank our coffee there every morning. We had fun playing the corn hole game right in front of this unit, and when it got too windy, we sat on the Tommy Bahama chairs provided by the landlord on the grass! We didn’t realize how important the chairs were until other people complained about their units not having the Tommy Bahama chairs, they have a pillow and can be used as a backpack on your back to transport. A definite plus! The only thing that we really had to get mid week was extra toilet paper, paper towels and soap. Another thing to know is that there is a Keurig in the unit but there’s also a regular coffee pot. One thing we couldn’t find but it might’ve had was a pizza tray, but we made do. There was also a pizza cutter in there which helped us because we had pizza two of the nights that we stay there. There were beach towels and plenty of other towels. There was also a pool noodle which our kids enjoyed and we went and bought another pool noodle at the grocery store for four dollars. We left it there for the next renters to enjoy! A couple of suggestions about Sanibel in general, go to the Publix grocery store right before you get to the two bridges outside the island. Once you get in the town, Jerry’s grocery store is super expensive and can be extremely crowded. Our favorite restaurant on the island was Doc Fords and the Blue Giraffe. Another thing that we did not understand about Sanibel and the beach right outside this unit, is that the beach does have white sand as well as shells. When we read about Sanibel, we thought that it was just shells ... and were pleasantly surprised to find also white sand that we could easily walk in too. Loved it!!! We will be back - And thank you so much to the landlords.

Wonderful Details

The condo is beautiful! However, there were so many small details that really made it wonderful: -Coded door entry (no keys or cards to keep track of) -Fantastic high quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs -Extensive high quality kitchen items (Keurig, pots/pans, wine glasses) -Garbage disposer -Dark carpet that hides sand well and is easy to vacuum up -Tile on the porch that feels great on your feet -Luxurious bathrooms -Perfect location on the ocean A+

Perfect view!

Great views from the deck, just as advertised in the pictures. We spent almost everyday on the beach. Great, central location on the island, with restaurants and groceries very close by. Great running and biking trails as well!

Great owner, great condo, great view, great weather

Mrs McGraw spent alot of time over the phone in the beginning when I was trying to make a decision about the stay. She gave me advice on restaurants , museums, site seeing etc. When we arrived everything was as the photos presented..The view of the Gulf was very impressive.The kitchen was well stocked. Super trip!.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome Place

Everything about this property was amazing. The property owner responded immediately when contacted and assisted us with early check-in. The property manager was fantastic and also got back to us right away when needed. (Even on a holiday) The unit is GREAT! The view of the gulf is amazing!!!! The unit was very clean and had really nice upgrades. The walk in shower was fantastic, the granite countertops and appliances (like full size washer and dryer) made it a luxury rental. Parking spot was close to unit. Overall the condo and location made the perfect home base for a memorable family vacation. Do no hesitate to rent this unit! (Just not the two weeks we want to do it again :)

Great location and view of the ocean. Condo had 5 beach chairs that were new or nearly new. 2 umbrellas, coolers, beach toys, everything we needed for a great week. Kitchen was extremely well equipped and everything worked. Washer and dryer were excellent. Hope to return soon.

Wonderful respite from the madness...

An amazing condo in a great complex. Very cool and comfortable. Very nicely renovated. Bed and black out shades allowed for best sleep in months. We felt lucky to be there and even extended our stay another two nights. Owner and property manager were readily available and immediately attentive. Perfect getaway.

Unforgettable

Property was well cleaned and ammenities/appointments were as advertised. Owners were SO easy to communicate with & SO friendly- only problems we had were of our own making and they DEFINITELY helped us out. What made this unit and this trip so special though... The week that we stayed in this unit was not the preferred SUN SHINE week at the beach - stormed just about every day; Nonetheless - this condo was absolutley perfect for the occassion! The view from that deck was so perfect for watching those storms roll in was amazing - it was like vacationing in a travel brochure it was so incredible. Sun or Storms - we cannot wait to stay here again!

An apartment, furnished with dark heavy furniture

My husband and I rented this apartment for Christmas 2019. It is equipped with everything that is important. The view from the balcony and living/ master bedroom to the sea and the palms is very nice. However, the apartment is dark, with heavy furniture, the dining room chair alone weighs 18.5 kg. The complex is also older and did not seem so well maintained. There are 141 condos. The apartment can be rented by up to 5 people. I would never recommend this. There is almost no storage space, sufficient cupboards are missing. In the smaller bedroom there is no window that can be opened: It is situated on the side of the staircase and is only protected from the views of other residents by a blind. This room has not much space, as beside the queen bed there is a sofa with an unsuitable oversized "antique" wooden frame. No, we will not come back.

Beautiful condo and outstanding view

We just returned from a one week stay at this great condo. It has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, everything is tastefully decorated and it’s minutes from a wide variety of restaurants. The owners make beach chairs and towels available but there are also plenty of chairs by the pool and beach. The whole property had a good feel to it but we loved this particular unit’s location and decor. It takes 30 seconds to leave the unit and get your toes in the sand. We would book this unit again in a heartbeat.

Brian and I started bringing our young family to the island in the late 80s. Our four children grew up playing on the Sanibel beaches. We dreamed about owning a condo at Pointe Santo. It is our place for healing and rejuvenation. A place where we spend quality time with one another.
We live in Michigan and Arizona. I am an interior designer and Brian retired from owning a building wholesale business. I am still working but hope to spend more time on Sanibel in the future. It is our favorite place in the world.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Pointe Santo is the ultimate destination on Sanibel. The pool is on the beach side and heated. There is a hot tub, tennis, and pickleball.
Landspace after Hurrican Ian is till in transition but best of all is how close it is the gulf of America. The grass meets the sand in front and we are so close to the surf we can talk to people on the beach from our lanai!

Pointe Santo condos are larger than the norm on Sanibel. The complex is closer to the beach and still close to shopping and bike paths.
