È richiesto un soggiorno da sabato a sabato. Million Dollar GULF FRONT Condo a Pointe Santo de Sanibel, il complesso più bello dell'isola. E25 è in continua evoluzione con nuovi tessuti, arredi e servizi. Questo non è un tipico condominio in affitto. Invece, pensa di essere stupito dalla vista sia dentro che fuori! Il bagno principale è stato appena completamente rinnovato. Aspetta di vederlo! La tua vacanza dovrebbe essere piacevole se non meglio di essere a casa e l'E25 si impegna a portare quel tocco di lusso in più nel tuo soggiorno. Abbiamo molti clienti abituali e recensioni favolose!

Lenzuola raffinate, materassi eccellenti e una varietà di tipi di cuscini sono disponibili per il tuo comfort durante il sonno.

La cucina completamente attrezzata ha ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici inossidabile. Nuova lavatrice / asciugatrice a pieno carico LG full size!

WIFI, libri più venduti, sedie a sdraio, giocattoli e asciugamani sono forniti, quindi devi solo preoccuparti di portare il costume da bagno e lo schermo solare. Forniamo anche una culla portatile e seggiolone per la vostra convenienza. Ogni camera ha la propria TV e lettore dvd.

We were provided with all essential instructions weeks prior to our stay. Arrival was quick and easy. Our host was helpful and quick to respond. Accommodations were delightful and very comfortable. Prime location right on the beach and close to the pool. Pool was up and running this year -- and worth the wait! We spent many hours on the lanai. Lovely!

Great Location!

We loved our stay here. Everything was as pictured. The view was so beautiful! Everything we needed for the beach was provided and the condo was beautifully decorated. We rented bikes for the week which I highly recommend - it's a great way to see the island. We hope to be back soon!!

Great owner, great condo, great view, great weather

Mrs McGraw spent alot of time over the phone in the beginning when I was trying to make a decision about the stay. She gave me advice on restaurants , museums, site seeing etc. When we arrived everything was as the photos presented..The view of the Gulf was very impressive.The kitchen was well stocked. Super trip!.

Fabulous condo with a gorgeous ocean view

We were extremely happy with our decision to rent this condo. It is beautifully decorated and spacious - and super clean. It is on the second floor with a direct, expansive ocean view. We enjoyed eating all our meals on the lanai. We also really enjoyed the condo amenities - playing tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board, using the pool, etc. It is in a great location across from the bike path and we were able to bike to the grocery store and to Bailey Tract to see birds and alligators. We hope to return!

Difficult to leave!

Location, location, location -- great location on the island and great location in Pointe Santo. The condo had everything we needed, and more. When we weren't in the sun, we were on the screened porch; the fan made it delightful. The unit was nicely furnished. Loved the keyless entry that allowed us to leave the unit without having to take anything with us. We highly recommend this unit.

Thank you for the review. We are only allowed to perform updates from mid August to November and are heading to Sanibel Aug 30 to paint the condo and change trim. We had water damage coming from an upstairs unit and were waiting for the allowable window of time to do the work. All condos on floors 2-4 must use carpet for sound. I would love to do other surface floors but it is against the condo docs.

The condo is beautiful! However, there were so many small details that really made it wonderful: -Coded door entry (no keys or cards to keep track of) -Fantastic high quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs -Extensive high quality kitchen items (Keurig, pots/pans, wine glasses) -Garbage disposer -Dark carpet that hides sand well and is easy to vacuum up -Tile on the porch that feels great on your feet -Luxurious bathrooms -Perfect location on the ocean A+

Above expectations

Everything that is needed for a beach vaca is provided. Towels, chairs, shell scoop, noodles and more. The kitchen is over the top. Grilling was a community adventure with great grills available. The view is spectacular. The elevator and stairs were very easy to negotiate. Cooling off in the pool at the end of the afternoon was a treat. And of course, the shelling was spectacular. The location is very central on the island.

Nice Property

The property was beautiful; however, the condominium was infested with ants. We contacted the office, and they promptly sent pest control. Alas, in spite of treatment the problem persisted, and the children and I received multiple bites.

If they were those tiny little ants then they are sugar ants and must take the bait back to their nest which does take a few days. We pride ourselves on keeping the condo clean and I am so sorry you had that experience. The ants do not bite. Your bites were most likely from the infamous no-see-ums. They are tiny and can get in the screens at night but usually the bites occur when outside at dusk. You can't feel them and the bites appear the next day. Brian and I do everything within our power to furnish our condo for the pleasure of our guests but once in awhile, some unforeseen situation in this tropical paradise does occur.

Great Family Fun

We had such a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful with everything we needed! We swam with manatees and sting rays right off the beach in front of the condo! We had several star fish in the water, watched a sea turtle being released and picked up beautiful shells! In the late afternoon, we were able to watch thunderstorms roll in and played several card games as a family!! So much adventure and close family time! We are forever grateful! The condo was so comfortable and beautifully done we felt right at home!! Thank you for being home base for our wonderful vacation! We will be coming back!!

Home Away From Home

Our stay was absolutly wonderful. The view was gorgeous and the condo was clean and extremly comfortable. All state of the art amenities...granite countertops, flat screen TVs, WiFi etc. Very comfortable. Very soundproof from others in complex. The island is so charming with so many great restaurants and shopping galore. Biking,tennis and walking are key here. Beach walking and shelling is awesome. Bike paths all thoughout the island. Ding Darlings is a must. Resting on the Beach or by the pool was so awsome. Overall a very restfull, peaceful and fun galore vacation. I recommend the condo and island highly. Must visit Captiva while on the island, however we did prefer staying where we were. Much closer to everything. The location is very central to everything and the view amazing. We have a new family tradition and destination.

As an interior designer, I take great pride in offering our guests an amenities filled vacation. We don't think about our condo like a rental -- but rather as our second home. IWe want to be surrounded by beauty both inside and out. On the outside -- Pointe Santo is certainly the nicest complex on the island. The landscaping and grounds are lush and tropical. The beach is superb. High end furnishings, designer fabrics, the latest in electronics and appliances create a splendid interior. A week in paradise should look, feel and Be Paradise! Look elsewhere for mediocrity!

E-25 - Pointe de Sanyo Sanibel Vacation

Jacqueline, We had a wonderful stay in the condo, fabulous weather, and a very relaxing vacation. The access to the pool, beach, bikes, bike paths, tennis and golf were amazing. A few highlights - There appears to have been prior water damage in the condo. We noticed upon arrival that the baseboards were spongy and you could see where the wall is cracked in those spots. These places include the dining area near the washer/dryer and baseboards near both sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom. I was initially concerned due to my asthma, but it didn’t seem to be a problem. As well, there was a hole in the second bathroom door from a previous guest. None of these things impacted our stay, but wanted you to be aware of them. We appreciated the comfy beds and furnishings. Thanks again and hope to visit again very soon! All my best, Susan

Hello Susan, I left Sanibel yesterday and my husband will be there all month. We are replacing all the trim and wallboard that was damaged from water intrusion from the unit upstairs. Pointe Santo only allows construction activity between Aug 15-Nov 15. We have started the changes, repairs and updates. New solid interior doors are ordered and there are other updates happening too! Brian and I started bringing our young family to the island in the late 80s. Our four children grew up playing on the Sanibel beaches. We dreamed about owning a condo at Pointe Santo. It is our place for healing and rejuvenation. A place where we spend quality time with one another.
We live in Michigan and Arizona. I am an interior designer and Brian retired from owning a building wholesale business. I am still working but hope to spend more time on Sanibel in the future. It is our favorite place in the world.

Pointe Santo is the ultimate destination on Sanibel. The pool is on the beach side and heated. There is a hot tub, tennis, and pickleball.
Landspace after Hurrican Ian is till in transition but best of all is how close it is the gulf of America. The grass meets the sand in front and we are so close to the surf we can talk to people on the beach from our lanai!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Pointe Santo condos are larger than the norm on Sanibel. The complex is closer to the beach and still close to shopping and bike paths.
